Whoever Tried to take my order was incredibly rude. 100% you could tell she hates her job. We asked for a drink she just said I don’t have that. We asked if they had the pumpkin cream cheese muffins and in an annoyed voice she said yeah before we could respond she “I said I had that” as if we were annoying I WATCHED 2 other cars that were in front of me ALSO LEAVE empty handed. Incredibly rude.

The pink haired lady is very rude. I got there and they didn’t even know I ordered food. I asked about it and she said I didn’t order any. I had to pull up the order to show them. Then, she hands me a cold sandwich. I asked if they can warm it up since it’s cold and even offered to go inside so I don’t hold up the drive through. She said it’s my fault since it had been a while since I ordered and told me it’s cold but still edible. I didn’t ask if it was edible; I asked for it to be heated up, and the line took almost an hour to get through. Then, I spend over a minute trying to get her to heat it up. When she decided to help, she didn’t even say she will heat it up. She just snatched it out of my hand and stormed off inside, as if heating a sandwich up was so hard. I didn’t know if I should wait at the drive through or go inside since she didn’t say anything. Then after like 2 minutes, she comes back with the sandwich and hands it to me with attitude. I said thank you so much, and she didn’t even say anything to me, she just closed the window. Super rude, needs either more training or to be replaced. This is not the attitude a starbucks employee should have.

Fun fact: find a good barista to unlock the hidden menu🦭. I fancy their splash of coconut milk. The cream can be extra pumped. But if ur a professional coffee mate. Emm. Go somewhere like He brew in lbb area. They offer classic drips which are quite unique.

Had a large order to pick up and showed receipt someone already while picking up showing that it was paid the previous day. As it was large order I had to go again to pick the rest. A Terrible pathetic rude old lady over there called me back when I am almost at the door to show receipt. Why I have to show receipt twice. Taking something without paying who would do that. Unless that lady is used to do this kind of stuff.
