I ordered the same thing everyday during my stay in Lubbock via mobile app. And every single day, it was wrong. Every time. It's simple as to NOT add whip creme to the frappe. If it was just put on top, that's okay. I'm a big girl I can scrape it off. But every single time, they put it on the bottom too. I can't sit and wait every time for them to remake it. I understand they get busy, but it's just so frustrating.

I will no longer go to Starbucks for any reason. I refuse to support an organization that allows crackheads off the street to sit here and act like a fool and do nothing about it. This homeless guy was being loud and was clearly out of his mind. All the PAYING CUSTOMERS (key word here is customers) left as soon as the heard him. Yall need to change your ignorant liberal stance and kick them out. I will never spend another dime in a Starbucks. You are putting young college aged women in danger with this lunatic right across from campus.

Man oh man. Starbucks is a coooool place. I like the food and the employees are pretty nice. I usually get an iced vanilla chai tea. You know it’s funny that we call it chai tea. Chai means tea, so it’s like we’re calling it tea tea. I always thought chai might be a flavor or something.
Absolute best Starbucks to go to Before 11am. Consistently the fastest starbucks drive through I have ever been to in the am. However, it is a whole other story around and after 11:00am. Tends to be very busy in the afternoon and can jam the street leading to the drive
