They definitely need 2 people working in the mornings....the wait is horrible 😑

This place needs more help/employees. I have seen many people walk away because they dont wanna wait....who wants to wait for coffee when one person cant work fast enough

I am reaching out regarding an incident that occurred during my visit to Starbucks earlier today. I am usually very pleased with the service and have appreciated how quickly staff resolve any minor issues in the past. However, today’s experience was concerning and left me disappointed.
When I picked up my order, the barista accidentally spilled a hot drink on me. Although she did apologize, she did not offer any assistance, such as providing napkins to help clean up, nor did she check if I was okay after the spill. My pants, shirt, phone, and wallet were soaked, and I had to ask for napkins myself. The coffee was quite hot, and I ended up with a red mark on my skin, which could have been more serious without the protection of my jeans.
Additionally, I felt that the response lacked the level of care I would expect in such a situation, as I was not offered any compensation or concern for my well-being. I did request a refund, but the experience left me feeling disappointed with the overall service.
I hope this feedback can help prevent similar experiences for other customers, and I would appreciate any follow-up regarding this matter.

Ms Jocelyn at this location needs to maybe her start her day with a cup of coffee. Drive thru experience was awful and I only talked to her for 5 seconds and I know we're suppose to have grace for people and you don't know what they're going through but vice versa. Customer service needs major work. Rude, short with responses, walked away when I told her there was something wrong with my order and when there's no communication there is only assumptions.

It was a good one it' was kinda late in the morning but the we're helpful and for the amount of time I was there could have been a little faster but they did there job

Jocelyn gave out bad energy since we arrived , it was our first time ordering Starbucks so we took our time looking over the menu . Another lady came and Jocelyn told her something and looked at us. Second lady was very nice. The other staff seemed pretty rude as well . Didn't say hi or anything. I wanted to sat thank you to whoever made the drinks but we couldn't even do that . Sad to say pur first experience in Starbucks was not that great due to Jocelyn and not so friendly staff.

Generally would not be upset over a drink however if I’m already paying over $5 for a small drink I don’t see why half of it should be foam. Somewhat of a rip-off
For four weeks this location has been out of Peppermint for the Holiday coffee which I let them know I won't be coming in anymore. I've been to another location & have not had issues getting a Peppermint Mocha coffee. No point having on menu when always out of Peppermint once they get very little in after they get a truck which they do order it. I'll try to get a hold of Starbucks Coffee headquarters to let them know too.

Had to repeat my order 3 times, Ice pumpkin latte with almond milk. Finally got it (so I thought) when I went to pickup my drink , she told me " I got those pumpkin spices on there for you" I grabbed the drink and left, ( cause I was on lunch break) then I look at my drink and she literally just put spices on top of drink. I tried mixing it myself but it had a not great texture for drinking. Had to pour out my drink.

My daughter and I shopped at Costco on my recent visits to Lubbock. She came up with the brilliant idea to visit Starbucks. I was TRULY hesitant because I am VERY picky and specific with my Starbucks drink. I took a chance, and boy, was I glad I did. I frequent my Starbucks in Euless, but Haleigh made my drink perfectly. I immediately felt at home again! The entire staff is built on customer service first!! I will visit this Starbucks in town even if I don't need to go to Costco. My daughter said, "This Starbucks had the best customer service experience I've ever had in Lubbock." Thank you for a great experience!!

One of the worst Starbucks I have encountered. One day I stood in line 5 minutes, came back 10 minutes later, to the same person in line- the Starbucks people would not pour me some coffee! I just drink coffee black!Then today they have no blonde roast! Three people all standing around talking to each other, I had to wait for them to stop and then they really didn't acknowledge me.Brain dead hippies can do this job just fine, what is going on with Lubbock?
