I used to love this Starbucks but lately it has been upsetting ordering here. Everyone had been nice but it’s like they don’t even care what they give out. The last 3 orders have had sweet cream cold foam but no cold foam is actually in my drink. I’m not sure if they don’t care or are annoyed that I modify my drink because I am pregnant and still want coffee but need it a specific way but I think I just won’t continue going to this store. I’ve been burned too many times in the last month. Also the coffee tastes burnt half of the time.

I have been going to the Starbucks on 34th and the W Loop for almost 9 years. I have always had a great experience. I don’t see any of the employees anymore that treated everyone wonderful. I could walk in and 2 or 3 of them always knew my name and the names of other customers. Today I went in there about 6:45an and I placed my order. The barista making it asks me if I had a mobile order. I said no. And then she says our new policy says we cannot give out an iced water unless you order something else. I said i ordered and iced coffee and a water. She then looks at her stickers and says I don’t see it. I said well I just ordered it and paid $4:38. She then goes to the register and finds it and says well you ordered it hot. I said no. The girl read it back to me and I so the. She tells the girl who took my order that she entered it in wrong. I was so frustrated with this person. I love this store but I don’t know if I will go back. I may just drive across town to where one of the old employees from this location now works because she remembers me. I hadn’t seen her in years and when I walked in one day over there she said hey it’s been a long time.

Awesome Sbux. Def one of the best in town. Staff does tend to rotate, as is with college jobs, but management has kept a consistent service and expectation. She builds great teams that have handled some of the most hectic and high volume environments I've witnessed. These guys understand customer service. 100%

service is shit. had about 3 employees look at me but took them about 7-8 minutes to even acknowledge my existence and i was standing right in front of them. Specifically Brooke. Not a single person greeted me, asked what my order name was, nothing.

Not sure if the barista was irritated because we came 5 min after opening , my coffee tasted delicious, my sandwich warm , but my coffee was no where near filled up . I don’t mind paying Starbucks prices but I need Starbucks quantities to match . I also didn’t have time to go back , I had my own job I needed to be at .

This place used to be so good . They have fallen off very badly . The girls that work morning shift Wednesdays and Saturdays and sundays …. It’s awful no effort I had my order remade 3 times and it still wasn’t correct at all. I miss the ginger guy up there !!! He was great
