Literally everytime I come here, the baristas argue with me. I have never had such terrible service at any Starbucks ever. I won't be back.

We ordered a turkey bacon egg white sandwich without cheese, and it was so-so. There really isn't any flavor to the sandwich but very soft and warm. We also ordered a honey citrus mint tea with two pumps of peppermint and 4 pumps of honey... along with a bacon gouda egg sandwich. Smart choice for a pickup-n-go before work.

Today 6-18 I went through the drive thru before I go to work and this girl outside taking orders was not friendly not outgoing at all she seemed irritated and she took that out on my order she got it correct but she was rushing my order and being very short with me and she did not create a welcoming environment AT ALL very disappointing visit this morning it’s sad that her position wasn’t making her the happiest as a former barista that was unacceptable!!!!!!

Of all the Starbucks locations I've visited around Lubbock, the store is by far my favorite. The baristas and staff here provide exceptional service, greeting customers with genuine warmth and friendliness. They take the time to get to know regulars and go the extra mile to ensure complete satisfaction - like when the barista carefully walked me through a complicated drink customization. This Starbucks also has a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere that makes it a pleasure to spend time there. With the wonderful service and pleasant environment, this location is the Starbucks I always choose when I'm in Lubbock.

Worst Starbucks in town! The workers don’t know how to make drinks. The water taste like toilet water. When you ask for something iced, they make it hot and then tell you you ordered wrong. It’s like a bunch of little kids you pulled off the playground they have never made a drink in their lives. Everything tasted awful. Waste of money.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Lubbock. I love walking in the store in the morning and everyone telling me good morning. They really go above and beyond. The stickers they put on my coffee lid will really brighten up your morning and everyone tells you to have a great and blessed day. The evening crew they know me all to well lol. They are all around great! They know me by name and also have my items that I will ask for ready to go before I get there. They are always so friendly and welcoming. They even make a point to say hello to my dog by name when he comes up there with me. He is just as happy with the staff as I am. This is the only Starbucks location he will perk up on. Want great service, awesome atmosphere and a good start to morning and good close to your evening this is the place to be. I want to thank each and every one of you for being such an awesome part of my day. Thank you so much!~Mandie~
