Worst Starbucks in town! The workers don’t know how to make drinks. The water taste like toilet water. When you ask for something iced, they make it hot and then tell you you ordered wrong. It’s like a bunch of little kids you pulled off the playground they have never made a drink in their lives. Everything tasted awful. Waste of money.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Lubbock. I love walking in the store in the morning and everyone telling me good morning. They really go above and beyond. The stickers they put on my coffee lid will really brighten up your morning and everyone tells you to have a great and blessed day. The evening crew they know me all to well lol. They are all around great! They know me by name and also have my items that I will ask for ready to go before I get there. They are always so friendly and welcoming. They even make a point to say hello to my dog by name when he comes up there with me. He is just as happy with the staff as I am. This is the only Starbucks location he will perk up on. Want great service, awesome atmosphere and a good start to morning and good close to your evening this is the place to be. I want to thank each and every one of you for being such an awesome part of my day. Thank you so much!~Mandie~

They won’t warm my lemon loaf like other locations, but everything else is great.
Stopped by here on a road trip. Starbucks is Starbucks, your drink will taste the same in most places. The atmosphere was great, couple of college students studying, friends gathering, and road trippers.The staff was speedy and wonderful. But most importantly for a road trip the bathrooms were clean and stocked.

is seems this location does not like brewing coffee. They give weird reasons why their blonde roast is never available and tryin to get m to drink sugary drinks i dont want. this morning i order on the mobile app just for then to tell me when i pull up that all of their brewing stations dont work and if i want an expresso. So novemeber 27th at 6:30 AM the coffee brewers are all actually not working or the workers are being lazy. starbucks coffee has no coffee….

These workers are the absolute best. I can’t begin to explain how nice they are and honestly really do care about if you are having a good day and even wishing you a good day. My order is a little different, but they always make it to perfection. They are so friendly with our dogs who literally dont like anyone but them. The morning crew is the group we get and we appreciate them. Coffee is always made correctly, and if it’s not, they will replace it with no Hesitation. If you are having a bad day, go see them because I promise you they will always bring a smile to your face.
