Please retrain your employees on drinks. Went a few days ago and they completely messed up our drinks, okay sure. Went today and got a sugar cookie latte and it’s brewed coffee and milk. Not espresso as a latte should be. Ordered a Frappuccino and got an iced coffee? What the heck.

I rate all Starbucks a 1 because they do not serve military people I don't buy anything from them I go to Scooters or Dutch Bros plus the other 2 are cheaper and better.
