Probably one of the worst experiences. It was Wednesday night December 24th I believe. Idk what triggered the girl. I did tip at payment before I got my drinks. She pushed 2 pup cups into one of my hands at the same time. They didn’t fall but I barely was able to keep them in my hand. I guess no big deal. We got our 2 drinks. Mine a venti mocha frap with an extra shot of espresso. The other a venti white mocha frap with I don’t remember what my partner ordered exactly but the drinks were disgusting. Both drinks weren't even mixed, just tasted watered down and warm. My partner mixed hers up and still we could taste it was harsh like it wrongly had my espresso shot in it. She mixed mine real good and it wasn’t too bad but I could taste that shot of espresso was missing. The drinks were confirmation that the worker was off about something and that’s why at first she pushed those two pup cups into one of my hands before I could even reach my 2nd hand to grab them better. This experience was so terrible. I tried to let it go, but even a week later it bugs me bad.

The sweet baristas were so kind today when I placed a mobile order for a medicine ball and proceeded to have a coughing fit at the window when I tried to tell them my name. They made the best tea and wrote me a little note. It was a small act but it absolutely made my day. This is such a great location with the kindest humans.

I’ve been here many times. It’s always a hit or miss. I either get the absolute best service or the worst. Today I ordered an Iced London Fog Latte and they made it wrong which is no issue , things happen sometimes. I went back to ask them to fix my drink and instead of remaking it, they just handed me a new cup of ice and milk, kinda make me want to cry tbh
