Great Stop at Starbucks in Lubbock We stopped by to pick up our order, and everything was perfect. Our order was ready and accurate, the staff was welcoming and friendly, and the food tasted delicious. A smooth and pleasant experience all around — great service and great coffee!

We love going to Starbucks and go almost every day, we visit every Starbucks in Lubbock but when we go to this one, there is one employee that always give us problems. He goes out of his way to give us issues. When we even just ask for straws he rolls his eyes. Not sure why he feels the need to do this to us because in other locations the employees are always so sweet to us and know our names!

My kids got a gift card for Christmas and they were so excited to get drinks. We got to the Starbucks and the gentlemen working tonight had the rudest demeanor. I could not remember what the size of the smaller cups are called and he offered really no help. You could tell he was put off by our order. In fact, my seven year old whispered "You can tell he doesn't want to be here mom". We did have a big order of sixty dollars worth of drinks with two cake pops. They made our drinks and they were extremely nasty tasting. We order these drinks all the time and have never had them taste like they did tonight. All the drinks went in the trash. They also forgot the cake pops and we had to go back in to get them. Worst service and a waste of money. Definitely will not be back to this location.

There's a barista named Addy who stands out for her attention to remembering names and making you feel incredibly welcomed from the moment you step inside. Seriously, the best environment!

Very rude to door dashers! My husband and I came in for an order and when he told the lady at the counter we had a doordash order she said “it’s at the end!” In a very rude tone and he told them “thank you have a good day” and they looked at him very ugly! In a way I feel like they were racist towards us because we aren’t white!

I love this Starbucks. They make the best Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I always see the guy with the Timone and Pumba tattoo, and he is always so kind. Their bathrooms are always clean and they have a lot of seating. I accidentally did a mobile order for the wrong location one time and they made my drink for me anyways. Hands down my favorite Starbucks in Lubbock
