This Starbucks location is the best I've ever visited! In fact.. I am pretty sure I have become a regular HA! The cleanliness, friendly staff, and atmosphere are exceptional. There's a barista named Addy who stands out for her attention to remembering names and making you feel incredibly welcomed from the moment you step inside. Seriously, the best environment!

Very rude to door dashers! My husband and I came in for an order and when he told the lady at the counter we had a doordash order she said “it’s at the end!” In a very rude tone and he told them “thank you have a good day” and they looked at him very ugly! In a way I feel like they were racist towards us because we aren’t white!

I love this Starbucks. They make the best Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. I always see the guy with the Timone and Pumba tattoo, and he is always so kind. Their bathrooms are always clean and they have a lot of seating. I accidentally did a mobile order for the wrong location one time and they made my drink for me anyways. Hands down my favorite Starbucks in Lubbock

Always out of stuff, vanilla, Carmel, oat milk, chai … and that was just this week … I have never seen a store be constantly out if things to make their products … no other Starbucks in town has this issue … super frustrating and annoying …

My encounter with this SB was fleeting but positive. I was on my way out of town and needed some caffeine. So, of course I hit up Starbucks. Most importantly my drink was correct and tasted great. The inside of the store was well maintained and clean. There is plenty of parking and a reasonable amount of seating. I'd say it's a solid representation of the brand. If I find myself in this part of town I won't hesitate to hit it up again.
