Came in on a very busy morning, but was greated right away with many good mornings by every staff. They were so friendly not just to me but everyone that came in. I was very impressed that they even knew some of the customers by name as they walked in. For the service alone I will definitely be back.

First time stopping at a Starbucks in Lubbock and the service was the best we’ve ever received. We went thru the drive thru and the lady over the speaker was incredibly friendly. When we pulled up to the window we were greeted by a man and he stayed at the window while waiting on our items and began a conversation asking about our day. This visit stuck out to us and we will go out of our way to go back this location.

Tony at the drive through was phenomenal! He led me to try the sweet cream cold foam on my drink and I will be ordering it that way from now on! He also gave me a water because it’s so hot outside. He just absolutely made my day! I’m so glad to have ran into him. He is doing great things for Starbucks! Highly recommend visiting Tony!

I was staying at the hotel and I went to Starbucks at. 6:00 in the morning and we went in and they greeted us and we were looking at the menu and she walk up to the cash register and I was still looking at the menu and the girl got mad and walk off and said tell me when y'all are ready!!!!!!! and she was very rude about it and and she has black hair and wears classes still kinda look young and my drink was very nasty and I had to fix it my self it was 6 dollars for a little small drink and it tasty nasty!!!!!!!!
