This is my neighborhood Starbucks and they consistently deliver exceptional service with the best staff. Even when incredibly busy, they are firing on all cylinders to deliver for their customers. 💕

Starbucks is Starbucks. If you like your coffee and their fare do you usually enjoy a visit. I just wanted a cup of coffee while I was waiting I asked the girl if they had any spray cleaner because my goggles are dusty. She told me they weren't allowed to further chemicals for free. I don't know what she meant by that, if you wanted me to tip her for some Windex or what but she didn't give me any. I didn't think it was a strange request but I guess it was she seemed almost offended by it. So I went to the bathroom and wash them I left the door open while I did it. A couple of the male employees peeked around the door to see what I was doing. I guess it's just cuz they're kids but it struck me estranged and I guess I struck them as strange.

Customer service was terrible. I placed a mobile order and when I get to the window the lady couldn’t find the order. I tell her my name and she says we don’t have an order for that name. What did you order. I told her my order and she says that’s for Trenton I said oh that must be it cause my name is Treyton. She said well that’s not what it says so you need to change the name on your side so you can have it right next time. So there I go pulling up to the window super confused cause I’ve never had this problem before. As I get to the window she continues to lecture me on my name telling me I need to change it because if they are busy they aren’t going to know what drink to give me if I’m giving them the wrong name. She hands me my drink and it clearly says Treyton. I tell her see that is my name you just weren’t reading it correctly so she says oh nvm that is your name, have a good one and walks off. As if I haven’t known my own name for the past 30 years. This definitely could have gone way different without the entire rude commentary from the worker. Will not be back to this location.

Haven as so nice she welcomed me in she was smiling she helped me the perfect drink to start off my day! God bless her! And the atmosphere was amazing it was so clean! Go Haven!!!

This morning I visited the Starbucks closest to my home and had an extremely disappointing experience that I feel is important for management to be aware of.
I order the same drink almost daily: an iced quad shot of black espresso with three pumps of pumpkin sauce, half and half cream, pumpkin cream cold foam on top, and cinnamon powder. Other Starbucks locations prepare it correctly without issue, the drink is blended, balanced, and the foam sits properly on top.
At this store, however, the drink was presented completely unblended. The pumpkin sauce was sitting untouched at the bottom, the espresso floating above it, the milk layered separately, and the “foam” was so watery it dissolved into the milk. When I pointed out that it didn’t look right and that the quality and consistency were off, I was met with resistance instead of understanding.
A woman named Alex (the manager on duty) came to the window and insisted the drink was made “exactly as ordered,” dismissing the fact that it was not prepared to Starbucks’ usual standard. When I said I would be fine with it being remade or a refund if that was an issue; she acted annoyed. When I finally agreed to have it remade, she slammed the drive-thru window in my face while I was saying “thank you.” When she returned, she seemed irritated and defensive. At that point I declined the remake, because I did not feel comfortable receiving a drink from someone who was openly hostile toward me. I requested a refund instead and went to another location, where the drink was made correctly without issue.
What concerns me most is that this does not appear to be an isolated incident. Based on the reviews of this location, it seems like management is allowing poor service and negative attitudes to continue across multiple employees. This reflects a larger problem with oversight and leadership.
It also seems like service quality here depends on whether a customer tips or spends extra energy “befriending” the baristas. I should not have to overly explain myself, flatter staff, or leave a tip before my drink is made just to be treated respectfully and receive a properly prepared order. I tip when I receive good service, not before. If the expectation is that customers must tip upfront to avoid being treated poorly, that is unacceptable and contrary to Starbucks’ brand values.
This behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. Especially coming from a manager representing your brand. Starbucks employees are usually friendly, understanding, and solution oriented, which is why this experience stood out so negatively.
I strongly believe Alex should not be in a management role if this is how she chooses to treat paying customers. Her behavior not only ruined my experience but also reflected poorly on Starbucks as a whole.

I placed a mobile order when I was getting gas down the street. Then I drove over, waiting in line behind about 5 cars, got to the window, and got yelled at for placing a mobile order and getting in line too quick. Then the same lady yelled at me again when she brought my drinks. Absolutely ridiculous. She would not even let me get a word in. I will not be back to this one.

This lady that was taking our order seemed very irritated and she seemed like she wanted us to hurry up and order she wasn’t very happy that we were taking long to order because we were deciding what we want she was a white girl and very rude.

I come here often but lately this location is consistently slow and unfriendly. On my last visit, the barista named Zion handed me my drink with, ‘Have a nice day… or don’t.’ Whether it was a joke or not, it felt rude and unprofessional. Starbucks is usually welcoming, but this store needs improvement.”

We waited and waited on our coffee and I was about to ask why we were waiting when I heard one employee ask the other one why she hadn’t made them yet and the second employee said “I’m not a fan of making those.”
