Where is my cold foam :((( Its my last pumpkin drink of the season and I get brought back this shit. My only customization was “No pumpkin topping” and the cold foam was very much still listed as an ingredient ☹️

20 minutes in DT for cold coffee and cold service. Employee would not take cash for payment. And was bothered we wanted a cup of water with our coffee. 😥 not the Starbucks it use to be.

Sat there for awhile the lady said they are redoing it bc it’s wrong… then they gave me my drink and still it was wrong….. this is prob one of the worst locations in Lubbock I just handed her the drink back and drove off…. Would be nice if they could pay attention to detail … I didn’t have time to sit there ain’t wait for them to make it a third time… no money back or anything. When I grow I wanna pay attention to details as good as these people here do..

I changed my review from 1 to 3 star because the owner read my review and responded.

I don’t want discounts.
Just please let your employees know, customers pay their hard earned money for that.

The drinks are consistent, which is a nice thing, but when I’m spending seven dollars on a drink, I’d like it to be served with at least a fake smile. You never know what you’re gonna get when you pull up to the window, but you’re usually not gonna get friendliness. Also, this morning this was the affirmation drawn on my cup. No thanks. Write something nice or put the pin down.

I got here right before closing and instead of taking my order, the barista turned off all of the lights and didn’t answer me in the drive through. When I pulled around front I saw her standing in there. If you say you are open until 8, stay open until 8! It is absolutely ridiculous to be hiding inside, doing nothing and still getting paid. That girl should be fired for abusing company time.
