Every year jingles the elf and his girlfriend, Angel, Spencer Ragland comes to Starbucks to have hot, hot, hot, hot chocolate from the polar express Train ride and now unfortunately the attraction is no longer with us. However, we have a Christmas elf to entertain us along with Angel, Spencer Ragland with her beautiful, singing voice.

This location used to be a safe spot. But what do you feel when one of the senior employees targets you?
He has been hostile to me quite for some time. Snarky comments, handing me the wrong coffee, uncomfortable eye contact, etc.
What would I do? Should I fight? No. So I stopped going to this store which is right by my home, and traveled to another Starbucks 30 blocks away, off my route, almost 6 months ago.
This morning, I was on a very tight schedule and stopped by the drive-through. I gave my order to some lady but somehow, he took over the order (he knows my voice) and came to the window to interact with me. And he started again...
I will not write the conversation here, but it was unnecessary, targeted at me, (again), and embarrassing because he had an audience (the girl who took my order, I guess) just standing and watching.
I can't deal with this frustration every day. I should not be scared to go to this store. Did anyone teach this guy the code of conduct of Starbucks?
Every morning, I have my coffee and, most mornings, my breakfast from Starbucks. Maybe it is time to try Dutch Brothers. They say it is pretty good.

Had a very simple order of a sugar cookie CREAM frap, they managed to mess it up and give me one with coffee, I don't drink coffee nor can I stand the taste so it went right in the trash! Thanks starbucks for wasting my money and time and managing to mess up such a simple order, either your workers can't read or are to lazy to make sure they get orders right, and these people want 15$ an hour but can't get a simple drink order right

The employee taking my order was very nice. When I got my coffee went to where the sugar is kept like I have a hundred times in the past, another employee snatched the sugar away with attitude. I asked if I couldn't touch the sugar packets now and she said no. No reason and nothing but a very hateful look. There are other coffee shops. Done with Starbucks and their condescending attitudes towards who makes the corporation money.
