I hate leaving reviews because I work in retail as well but starting one’s morning with “ maybe you should check your app because we don’t have your order” can make a day start bad.

I paid over $7 for a cup full of ice!! This is so embarrassing!

I changed my review from 1 to 3 star because the owner read my review and responded.

I don’t want discounts.
Just please let your employees know, customers pay their hard earned money for that.

The drinks are consistent, which is a nice thing, but when I’m spending seven dollars on a drink, I’d like it to be served with at least a fake smile. You never know what you’re gonna get when you pull up to the window, but you’re usually not gonna get friendliness. Also, this morning this was the affirmation drawn on my cup. No thanks. Write something nice or put the pin down.
