For goodness sake can you not put the tip collecting machine in front of me when IM GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. I will literally avoid any businesses that do this. I am done with the ridiculous tipping culture that is out of control and will not be a part of it.

No additional assistance needed. Just stop the electronic window tips and I will come back. I am ok with the tip jar at the window but forcing the customer to make a tip decision with the device stuck right in our face and the cashier just staring at us is beyond ridiculous and like I said I'm done with it. I'll be going to other locations that don't do this or better yet just making my own at home coffee. I know others who are avoiding you for this same reason and I'm sure there are many others.

I had the WORST experience at this Starbucks location. My order was taken extremely rudely. I get the to the window and the cashier had the absolute WORST attitude and customer service I have ever experienced. She hands me my coffee and it is straight creamer! It was absolutely disgusting and I could not even drink it. I always have a great experience at this location but today the black lady with glasses ruined that for me and I will not be returning.

I order from this Starbucks often!! Today I had to do a delivery for the first time and my coffee isn’t full and nearly 1/4 is the cold foam. Super upset to have paid $10 for this. :(

We went in because I saw a recipe in TikTok that I wanted to try. The barista had not heard about it so I showed her the recipe and she instantly created it for me! AMAZING!!!!!!!

Warm and friendly service. Seating is cumbersome due to the furniture used, which is somewhat blocky and forces patrons to share with strangers in the middle of the area.
I love this SB location and the barristers. During my morning coffee the barristers here are always kind and considerate, and they always make my morning. I went to the 8001 University St. Starbucks location on a detour and it was a rude awakening the difference in service.
