I love Stella’s and order takeout quite often. Usually the Caesar salad. The problem is that Stella’s is never consistent when it comes to takeout. Most of the time they give me bread and butter, and sometimes they don’t and are confused when I ask for some. Sometimes the bread is warm, sometimes cold. Sometimes I get 4 in a container, other times just 3. Sometimes I get a full chicken breast for my salad, other times I only get 4 slices. It’s really frustrating and getting difficult to order takeout when I know it is not consistent especially for a high priced dinner salad.

Got order wrong, very slow & the bread was not the same as before. It used to be delicious now just so so.
Stella’s is ruined by the people running it. My waitress was scatterbrained and couldn’t even get a simple order right — I asked for a filet mignon, and she brought me a ribeye. When I told her it was wrong, instead of fixing it like a professional, she disappeared into the kitchen and said who knows what. And the chef? Absolute joke. With the doors wide open, I could hear him trash-talking me because I pointed out his team’s mistake. That’s not a chef — that’s a loudmouth who doesn’t belong anywhere near a kitchen. Any real professional would own up, make it right, and move on. Instead, he showed just how toxic and unprofessional he really is. I don’t pay good money to be insulted by a bitter chef. If Stella’s wants to survive, they need to clean house — starting with both of them. Until then, this place is a waste of time and money.

I had a wonderful experience tonight with just a simple call in order.. Alyssa I believe was a manager working tonight and took care of a very small problem with my order in the perfect way.. The customer service is always great when we eat here!! Thank you to all the staff and cooks for your hard work and taking care of our food for my family..

Really unfortunate that customers are allowed to be actively mean to the wait staff. Really unfortunate the food wasnt correct. Really unfortunate the pork chop was bone dry . Really unfortunate that this place is going under. Its clear this is a place that is friendly for their clientele to spew hate. Won't be back .
