Ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on flatbread through door dash and got a ham sandwhich on italian bread because they were "out of some stuff."I understand you are out of stuff but that's litteraly the whole sandwhich so cancel the order or contact the customer or hey even tell the door dash so they can contact us but to make the wrong sandwhich and send it out is messy.

The lady took forever. 45 minutes to do two orders.She did not listen to what I wanted. And got mad when i corrected what she was putting on my sandwich.When it came time to check out I said #12 but immediately said I'm sorry I meant #11 and she got mad and asked why I would tell her the wrong thing.Then she told me she couldn't fix it and made me pay almost $4 more for the #12 and wouldn't ring it up as the right number.She put a cookie and my bag and said it would make up for the extra money.I did not want a cookie. But at this point I was frustrated and just said okay.As I was leaving she said I should enjoy my complimentary cookie.Complimentary?? Ma'am you just made me pay $4 for that cookie!

Purchased online order for 2 toasted footlongs.online has my personal phone number and when ipulled up to this subway a sign on the door saidtoaster is out so i walk in to see whats wrong andthey made both of my sandwiches with out toastingand didnt call me. still charged me. left mysandwiches there. how am i supposed to toast itmyself at home with all my veggies on it? she toldme she tried to call me but my number was goingstraight to doordash. i ordered on the subway appno relations to doordash at all.
