Sierra served me at the drive through window (cant use speakers, just drive up guys, they always serve 6ou at the window) Sierra was very nice, and when I drove through with my dog she was so sweet towards my dog! Will come back! BTW, I WAS NOT asked to make this review. Im just a truly happy customer

By far the worst experience I've ever had at subway. The employees were rude and rushed. I ordered 2 6ft an order of stuffing and cranberry sauce and an order of chocolate chip cookies. Our stuffing was frozen. No cranberry sauce. I went back to ask them to warm up stuffing and for the cranberry sauce and both employees ignored me. The atmosphere felt very tense because they were rushing everything. Will never come here again.

I never give reviews but logged in to let the owner know your night time staff does NOT care about your store. Ordered a 6” chicken bacon ranch on Italian herb and cheese with a bag of chips and got a foot long spicy Italian on wheat with a cookie no chips….. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE! It’s clear people in there aren’t doing anything past breathing! Then refused to answer the phone when I tried to call to let them know. Absolutely awful

I placed my order on the app. Not my usual subway and won’t ever be my subway. Took over 30 min to be told they’re out of something I ordered. And that sandwich was thrown together I had to take all the veggies off to see there is a very tiny layer of ham but should have 33% more meat. I guess in the regular you get nothing. Annoying no wonder they have 3 stars.

I just wanted to leave a review to give some praise to one of the workers (fionna) very impressed with her work ethic. I've been here 3 times this week alone (dont judge me my 7yr old has a new found love for sandwiches 🤣). And every single time they were pretty slammed with people and online orders pouring in like crazy. This woman stayed busy busting butt, slinging out sandwiches, making salads, hustling back and forth to complete these orders all while being super polite, sweet, and patient with the customers. It's rare to see such hard working people in the food industry these days so I feel she really deserves some praise for handling the rush as well as she did. Food was good too!

This Subway has always been the Best off of 82nd University/Boston . Excellent service and they keep your food nice and toasty and also made the way you ordered it unlike 114th and Quaker (Yuck)

5/5 stars. I’m 14 and I come here on my electric scooter, and it’s a 5 star low budget meal. I get my usual the cold cut combo it’s amazing. Definitely recommend going here.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!! they messed up our order completly and when we tried to call to get it fixed i called 4 times. 4 times!!! And not one person answered. Do better subway. Im definetly not returning

this is by far,
the Absolute Worse,
Subway i have ever been to..
there was One Person on a Sunday night,
making sandwiches And taking phone orders!
and according to the employee;
she stated Management says phone orders
cone before the in-store customers!
waited nearly 45min while standing in line,
watching nearly a dozen people depart during
this time frame.
Manager should be Fired, immediately!!!

We used to love this subway location but In the past few months it’s gone down. Went last month and waited 10 minutes at the speaker then another 20 at the window. We were the only ones there. Yesterday evening went and as I asked if they still have the $5 foot longs she interrupted me before I could been finish to say no we don’t have them anymore. She sounded very annoyed. So we went ahead and left due to the rude attitude. Said let’s try it again today. Today we only have waited maybe 5 minutes at the speaker she said sorry I’m only taking orders inside so we left and went to another subway. Where we were greeted and the food was great! I understand may be short handed but no reason to be rude at all! Won’t ever be going back here again!

Took an hour to make my order my kid was in the backseat crying hungry because they kept staring at us in the parking lot laughing and goofing off. I had to go in after thirty mins of waiting and then she finally started to make it. Then when I go in they're talking about gross things like throwing up and using the bathroom and how much they hate their jobs. It really irritated me and I'm never going back to this subway. 10/20/24 @ 9pm
