There was a water leak somewhere and water was all over the floor along with a plastic container in the floor full of ice tea sugar.This is the first time I have ever seen this being the situation. I figured it was new management.

We had a horrible experience 2 months ago when they were out of most meats and did not compensate, which was fine. It was more the way the manager was so hateful.We left. No food. We decided to try again but this time she took advantage of a 9 year old that had a coupon and was getting the 8.99 meal deal. It came to over 15. 00. She then got very loud, very rude. Started saying "my name is Nicole, I'm the manager ". I asked her if she would please not be hateful as this kid didn't know what was going on. She continued, so we left as to not make her continue this horrible behavior. Needless to say, we will not return. Nor will we recommend this store to anyone. The person who waited on us was a dream. The staff is always friendly, even when they have a lot of orders at once. They have in-store orders, online orders AND drive thru orders all at once! I've used all three options and they get my food right every time!! The app is helpful for those who like to plan ahead or have special or add-ons to orders (extra cheese, add bacon, toasted, etc.), there a coupons available through the app and it will take coupon codes from physical coupons. I like that I can order online and pickup, all while saving money and getting everyone something they enjoy.Vegetarian options: The whole menu could be vegetarian if you say no meat.Dietary restrictions: I have had several sets of dietary restrictions and I was always able to find an option here without breaking the bank. You can get bowls of sandwich ingredients without the bread or you can build any sandwich or flatbread you can imagine! (They never get judgy about my weird orders, we just banter as we wing it. I think they might find it fun to have the occasional interesting order in a land of otherwise regular sandwiches!)

I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes before being waited on. Then when she came to the window she was rude and impatient and short. Very poor customer service I am very disappointed. I will never come back again, I was getting lunch for my children and I was extremely late due to the slack and unmotivated staff.

Half of they time they only have flatbread. I asked them why they ran out of bread and was told that it's because they were "BUSY". I thought that was the goal..to be busy. Hopefully they find time to cook bread now that business has come to a halt from not having any. I go to this location 2 times a week because it's close to my house and I've never seen more than 5 customers in there at once. Busy? Not only was there no bread or soup but they were barely putting some in the proofer. This has been the case atleast a dozen times since I've been going there. I've gotten better service from the store on Ave Q. And that's not a good look for y'all. I will say that Molly is always nice and helpful. I wish she would have been the one who made my food today.

We ordered online at this store @6:45pm on Christmas Eve. We drove up to the drive through window and waited patiently as no one came to the window for over 15minutes. Then a lady came to the window and immediately told us that we had to come inside to order,Not even a simple hello. I could tell by the tone in her voice and her demeanor that she was extremely furious! As I tried to tell her we ordered online she shut the window in my face as I was only able to get 1 word in. I then proceeded to go inside, where I waited another 30 minutes for my food. Just to get my entire order wrong and soggy and un toasted bread. We asked her if we could get a refund and she said no. Wowwwww!!! She caused an entire crowed to walk out and we were all talking about how rude she was. Maybe she was unfortunate to have to work on Christmas Eve but that wasn’t our fault and she ruined our vibe ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!! This was so uncalled for. You should not go around treating people like she did tonight and for no fault of ours! She was a really bad representation of your establishment. I am a general manager for a restaurant chain here in Lubbock and can say that I hope my employees NEVER BEHAVE IN THIS MANNER!! As for my family and I, we won’t be coming to this Subway ever again! Geeze! Beware!!! This woman will drive all of your clientele away!

Went in today. Everyone else was taken care of and instead of the woman taking my order she decided a mobile order was more important than the customer standing in front of her. Very unprofessional it seems like this store has a lot of work to do when it comes to their employees.

This subway is probably the slowest paced food place in Lubbock. Every time I come through there’s no one here but yet I have to wait 20 min for my sandwich and it’s hard. And their employees are mad rude. They ain’t even got their drive thru speaker fixed in months. Go to another spot because this one ain’t it.
