The worst subway I’ve ever been too I ordered a spicy Italian meat was so hard they smothered it with mustard after I said light mustard they didn’t toast my bread the veggies were disgusring my fried ordered the cheesy garlic steak meat looked old and it looked like the used milk instead of mayo both sandwiches were a disgusting I will never use this subway again yucky yucky

Went through drive through and was told which sandwich I wanted but wasn’t asked what I wanted on it. Plain and dry sandwich. Poor service.

Been ordering using the app. Three of my last four orders have been incorrect. Wrong veggies with wrong bread making us choose between the bread we want or the veggies we ordered. One time they weren’t toasted when I selected it online. Next time I’ll order on the app in the parking lot then walk in to supervise them being made.
As a side note my first app use was incredible but i haven’t seen the two boys working that night again for my past orders

THIS Subway is by far the best in Lubbock, so far.
Every time I come in Lynda and fellow staff are welcoming, kind, fast, and all products are full and FRESH.
Other locations such as 6302 Frankford, 6301 19th and 4412 50th are some of the WORST. Almost made me avoid SUBWAY altogether.
But THIS location, always keeps me coming back because of its excellence.

Terrible customer service. Destiny should do something else in life if she hates serving paying customers. Just went to pick up a mobile order and she was super rude about it. I kept my cool till I got home contacted the manager Linda and she right off the bat was giving excuses as to why destiny acted that way. First off Linda wasn’t there and was speaking over me and I spoke over her then she says are you going to let me explain and I told her no that I was speaking so she needed to let me finish telling her what happened how is she going to fix something if she doesn’t know. Problem is the speaker has a note stating if you have a mobile order don’t stop at the speaker go to the window so it’s what I did and destiny with her attitude fist thing she tells me when she opens the window there’s a speaker back there. I’m like ok that’s how we greet people destiny?. First of all it’s not the customers job to inform the rude worker that they have a note on the speaker and it’s not my job to inform the manager of it either. So if corporate actually reaches out please reach out to me because the employees at this location need to go. Date and time 4-26-2025 around 2:40 saying this because I don’t know if I believe the lady on the names she gave me because I kept asking her and she wouldn’t give them to me. Until the end she finally said destiny with hesitation and then I asked for hers and she paused awhile and finally said Linda

None of the employees were friendly at all. I’ve been in here multiple times and this is the worst experience I’ve had in a subway. Everybody looked so miserable that it just made me miserable to be in there. I almost went somewhere else.

Ordered a 6 inch and paid for double meat and extra ingredients and got maybe 1-2 ounces of meat and none of the extra ingredients I paid for.

Looks old and scary inside. Bread was so hard and dry that it was hard to eat and crumbled right away. Too expensive for a dry, hard footlong.

The young man working was so kind and had such a positive attitude and our food was so good! I think his name started with a T, didn’t pay enough attention to his name tag, but he deserves all the credit!

Hire people that want to be at work . Tonight was the worse experience ever I will never come to this place again . Rude employees will get u to not have any business at all .

As usual only one poor soul working at this establishment but the store was clean and everything was well stocked. The service was courteous and efficient. All the food was covered as it was supposed to be. I couldn't have asked for more from a fast sandwich shop
Went in at 7:50 for an online pick up order for 2 footlongs, it wasn’t that busy with only one other customer in the building and one in the drive through. 3 men were working and all 3 of them looked at me when i came in and didn’t say a word to me and immediately put their heads down so i went and stood by the register to tell them i had a pick up order since i saw my sandwiches sitting on the back counter. there was a customer ahead of me getting some sandwiches made at the service case and he kept having to repeat himself and basically scream what he wanted on his sandwiches because the workers were playing their own music with profanity, very loudly. one worker was just finishing an online order and the other was making the first customers sandwiches. i thought the guy who just finished 2 online order sandwiches would help me and was looking around still avoiding eye contact with me but then i didn’t want to interrupt because now both of them were working on the first dudes sandwich even though the one could’ve easily gotten me my sandwiches or even just talked to me and asked what i was there for. they finished with the first customers sandwiches and one was stocking some stuff and the other was about to check the customer out both were still avoiding eye contact with me on purpose still so i was thinking after he stopped stocking some ingredients he would acknowledge me. instead, he then the turned to the customer that just walked in not even a minute ago and asked them what they wanted. at this point, i had to kind of g go to the service case and interrupt the customers who were starting to order and say hey i had a pick up order it’s been sitting right behind you for the past 10 minutes. the guy with the long hair who was checking the customer out handed me my sandwiches without saying a word or even a slight smile. the sandwiches had wrong ingredients, were ice cold when i wanted them toasted for a reason, and were very messy so it wasn’t even worth the bad experience or the money i spent on them. the past 5 times i’ve been to this location it’s been a similar story definitely my last time here.

On 2-3-2026 around 7:30 pm my husband went to this location the Hispanic girl working was rude !!! The place not to clean !!! We are in Lubbock hospital due to a broken leg !!! We are giving you business and attitude is uncalled for !! Won’t be going back to this location . However young lady God Bless you ! The bread was so hard to chew and swallow due to it being there forever! ! So does anyone care about the employees here , will she be wrote up or is it to hard to keep employees . Also why have a drive up if you won’t help customers at window !! It’s easy to put a smile on your face greet your customer and make the order that simple
