What's going on with our subway ? it's been the best for yearrrrrrsssss. Think old manager left the company, she ran the place like a freight train and didn't play about her customers. Miss her ♡ ? new employees need a good leader. They look sad and stressed. Had an order for pickup at 7:30. Didn't leave till 7:47 and sandwiches looked so skinny. Idk if they changed portions or what?

My previous review stated of items being ice or frozen. They still are from time to time. Staff this time around were a bit nicer.

Vegetarian options: Very healthy items to choose from.

Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp into store.

Very busy store they handled it like professionals. Store was clean, my order was correct and taste fresh and good. They crew was worked together we'll and are very personable.
