Worst customer service ever. They take your payment with the same gloves they use to make sandwhiches. Very unsanitary and I'm surprised they are still open. Most of their employees are not nice

Don’t ever post reviews but tried calling several times and no answer. Had placed a mobile order for my son before his game so he could snack on something, Asked for teriyaki chicken and my son sends me a picture of just veggies no chicken.

The sandwich bread so hard I couldn't hardly eat mine, ended up eating vegetables with a fork and throwing away the bread. I was very disappointed with the food.

I honestly never leave a bad review because I understand the food business. But I literally sat on, drive through waiting for quite some time. When I was answered, she told me I would have to wait fifteen minutes because I didn't have a mobile order. At first I didn't hear her and she didn't reply to me until five minutes later. After repeatedly trying to get a hold of her in a nice voice. Only to be greeted with the same comment. I understand you're busy, but there's a different way to go about that. I was the only one on drive thru for quite some time. I still waited even for another couple minutes and still nothing. I understand you may have been the only person but there is a different way to address your guest.

Service here was absolutely terrible. They acted like they hated their lives and wanted to quit their job and they made my sandwich like it too. They burnt my boyfriend’s sandwich after he asked them nicely to remake it and didn’t even put the toppings on the new bread, toasted it a little, grabbed the meats from the burnt sandwich with her hands, dropped the sandwich, and slapped the previously toasted toppings on top of the new bread lazily. Honestly, just rude and disrespectful for no reason and their food even sucked. These girls were working at around 1:45 on July 27 and should not be in food service..

Is it this girls first day on the job? Not only did she drop my sandwich she over toasted it handled the meat with her hands and dropped my sandwich again. She was rushed and a lazy worker. Will not be coming back here again with that lady working.
Great subs and very clean restaurant. Must go to the one on 19th across from Boltons. You can see your food been made and the services were excellent. I thing I did not like was one individual working in the store with 10 customers as a female. Not safe at all.

Worst customer service. Treated me horribly because I took a little bit to order. Rang me up wrong and when I said something about it one woman in particular was just extremely rude. I don’t even write reviews like this but that was crazy. I hope she heals from whoever hurt her because that has to be the reason she would treat a random stranger so horribly for absolutely no reason at all.

By far the rudest woman I have ever dealt with in the fast food industry and that alone says a lot. To the young girl being trained by that hateful and rude woman, you are doing amazing.
