The girl working, maybe the manager, has to be one of the rudest people working at a fast food restaurant that I have seen. She was also rubbing her nose with her glove while building sandwiches. Horrible experience!!

Raw bacon is absolutely crazy both sandwiches are messy . If you don’t want to work the till 11 get a new job . some older women with glasses was the one whole made the sandwich . I don’t no recommend this subway. They can even read instructions on how to make a sand which if you don’t like your job get a new one .

The employee handed me an overflowing soda which started immediately leaking on me. No big deal. I say “can I please have some napkins” and instead of grabbing napkins she holds out a bag of chips expecting me to grab them with the hand that’s stuck out the window with soda dripping everywhere. When I don’t take the chips she gets angry and walks off. Another employee walks up asking what I need so I informed her that I was waiting on napkins. She was friendly as possible and tried to be helpful but the first employee made the experience pretty terrible. It could have been an easy fix but now I’m here spending time talking about a negative experience.

Girl who made my sandwich was rude. Would have loved to put her name here but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. My sandwich was made sloppy with the meat hanging off and all the pickles in one spot. Not a good experience!!! DO BETTER SUBWAY!!!!
Update. Came back and was way worse this time even. DO BETTER!!!!

We arrived at the store to pick up our online order and we're told that they were out of jalapenos and did not have lemonade. They did not explain to us that the jalapeno meant jalapeno chips we assumed it was the jalapenos on our sandwich and that they don't carry a fountain lemonade. We were not offered the option of a different flavored chip we were just handed an empty cup. After contacting the location on 19th Street in Lubbock to get a refund on the combo upgrade,The person who answered the phone was immediately combated and told us that we were not correct and that she told the so-called employee who by the way was not in a uniform of any kind to tell us that they we're out of chips and that she heard her tell us that we could choose another bag of chips when in fact we were never told that. She continue to argue with us and got hostile with us without offering any sort of resolution which is what any good customer service employee or manager should do immediately. When I asked to speak to their manager she stated that she was the manager and continue to argue with us. There were also two young children running around in the kitchen area and behind the counter while we were in there which I am pretty sure is against health codes

A sandwich should have more meat than mayo. Very stingy with the meat but drenched my sandwich with mayo. That’s not how a good sandwich is made.

I wasn’t going to be that person to post a negative review, but this particular subway has messed up our food too many times and I’m finally sick enough of it to never go back. I went through the drive thru and ordered a BLT plus other veggies. Guess what wasn’t on my sandwich when I got home? No lettuce and no tomato. I drive back and I’m told I needed to specify the lettuce and tomato on my BLT when ordering. Ok…. I check the new sandwich she made me and guess what? Now there’s no cheese as I had requested. I didn’t even bother with a new sandwich. I’ll never be back to this location. My husband also asked for light mayo and they covered his entire inside of his sandwich with tons of mayo. I understand no one’s perfect but time and time again…over it.

The employees and the manager are very rude and hateful! We have went in on 3 separate occasions and were treated like garbage on all occasions! Subway you shouldn’t hire employees that take their lids to work i mean little kids too!
