I honestly never leave a bad review because I understand the food business. But I literally sat on, drive through waiting for quite some time. When I was answered, she told me I would have to wait fifteen minutes because I didn't have a mobile order. At first I didn't hear her and she didn't reply to me until five minutes later. After repeatedly trying to get a hold of her in a nice voice. Only to be greeted with the same comment. I understand you're busy, but there's a different way to go about that. I was the only one on drive thru for quite some time. I still waited even for another couple minutes and still nothing. I understand you may have been the only person but there is a different way to address your guest.

Service here was absolutely terrible. They acted like they hated their lives and wanted to quit their job and they made my sandwich like it too. They burnt my boyfriend’s sandwich after he asked them nicely to remake it and didn’t even put the toppings on the new bread, toasted it a little, grabbed the meats from the burnt sandwich with her hands, dropped the sandwich, and slapped the previously toasted toppings on top of the new bread lazily. Honestly, just rude and disrespectful for no reason and their food even sucked. These girls were working at around 1:45 on July 27 and should not be in food service..

Is it this girls first day on the job? Not only did she drop my sandwich she over toasted it handled the meat with her hands and dropped my sandwich again. She was rushed and a lazy worker. Will not be coming back here again with that lady working.

Great subs and very clean restaurant. Must go to the one on 19th across from Boltons. You can see your food been made and the services were excellent. I thing I did not like was one individual working in the store with 10 customers as a female. Not safe at all.

I don’t even write reviews like this but that was crazy. I hope she heals from whoever hurt her because that has to be the reason she would treat a random stranger so horribly for absolutely no reason at all.

By far the rudest woman I have ever dealt with in the fast food industry and that alone says a lot. To the young girl being trained by that hateful and rude woman, you are doing amazing. Went in last night, woman was working without a name tag. She had glasses and was very rude from the moment I walked in. Placed an order online and forgot to remove the dressing to one of my sandwiches. I told her I made a mistake and forgot to remove the dressing. She tried telling me that I need to take the sandwich. It went downhill quick from there. I will never be back again. Customer service was pathetic. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Awesome Staff tonight. The night lady(I forgot her name)was training a co-worker. They worked awesome together. Got two sandwiches with a subway coupon. Sandwiches were made to my specifications. Yum, yum.... will definitely go again. Thank you for a wonderful experience. (4/16/25)

The girl working, maybe the manager, has to be one of the rudest people working at a fast food restaurant that I have seen. She was also rubbing her nose with her glove while building sandwiches. Horrible experience!!

Raw bacon is absolutely crazy both sandwiches are messy . If you don’t want to work the till 11 get a new job . some older women with glasses was the one whole made the sandwich . I don’t no recommend this subway. They can even read instructions on how to make a sand which if you don’t like your job get a new one .

The employee handed me an overflowing soda which started immediately leaking on me. No big deal. I say “can I please have some napkins” and instead of grabbing napkins she holds out a bag of chips expecting me to grab them with the hand that’s stuck out the window with soda dripping everywhere. When I don’t take the chips she gets angry and walks off. Another employee walks up asking what I need so I informed her that I was waiting on napkins. She was friendly as possible and tried to be helpful but the first employee made the experience pretty terrible. It could have been an easy fix but now I’m here spending time talking about a negative experience.
