Went for lunch with my BF. She the manager was very rude . Lettuce was brown and bread was so hard you could not pull it off the rest of the sandwich. When we asked for the sandwich to be remade the manager we r was very rude and snatched it out of our hands and proceeded to make the wrong sandwich. When I told her that was not my sandwich and asked if she was even paying attention to the one we had issues with she started yelling. I asked for my money back and was asking who owned that location she told me to shut up if I wanted it money back.
Then I got less back than I was charged
Very poor service. Ordered a sandwich and when I got it through door dash there was no mayo, no salt or pepper and it wasn’t even toasted, I actually called to make sure they toasted it and he said he would. Ruined the evening all together! I won’t be back

Girl working seemed new. Barely cut my sandwich so everything was sticking out. Got 4 slices of meat on my foot long, and mayo spread everywhere. She was working on to-go order when we came in and immediately helped me, but 4 more people came in and the manager or other person working with her didnt come to help her. Just continued stocking bread when they're busy. Honestly just felt bad for the girl bc someone has got to have messed up her training to be this bad.

I've always been a customer of Subway . the store on 34th Street need to open that window for people that cannot walk is in wheelchairs went by today. I can't walk knee surgery and I cannot get off and get my food. And I told her can you please make some exception today. Why I put the drive-thru window if you're not going to use it to help people out. Need to open that window for service.
My sandwich was delicious. The young man worked hard to make what I ordered.

This subway on Frankford Ave by 66th Street sucks. We love subway and this is the first time we've bought at this location. I asked for pickles and they put cucumbers. Hardly no meat for a foot long. I'm so disappointed 😞.

awful service !! two very rude ladies during my lunch break ruined my whole lunch break and DAY!! so unprofessional !! not friendly poor costumer service messed up my order !! Only reason I will be going back and supporting Subway is because of Ms. Connie she is a very kind and very professional lady.
Baja turkey melt was great. It didn't smell musty when I walked in. And the lady working the closing shift was very friendly. Good experience.

I have eaten here a lot and i mean a lot.. I have gastroparesis and the only thing my stomach could handle was a subway sandwich for months.. So i ate here everyday for months, 2 or 3 times/day.. In the last 6 months, this place has gone downhill and i will never step foot in this location, ever again! Today I went in, the Lady took soo much time to help me, she decided to finally help but she wanted to do my order and an online order at the same time.. She took her sweet time bc she knew I was already annoyed by her not wanting to help us when we entered.. There's a guy back there that works there that was just hanging out in his open toed slides/sandals, going in and out of the store to smoke.. Then he's parked in a white expedition in the handicap spot.. The Lady finally starts making the food and i notice she had trouble folding the cold cut meat.. Well, when i finally sat down, i figured out why.. The meat was frozen. She continued to make our sandwich with brown lettuce and i asked for one small line of ranch.. Gushes the ranch on after I just told her i wanted very little.. Once I found out my meat was frozen, I asked if she could just warm up some meat instead of making another sandwich (because she took forever on the first one) and id throw the other meat away but.... The manager walked in and she said she needed to make me another one... I expressed i didn't want that bc she took forever on my first sandwich. So we grabbed our frozen sandwich and left... I've noticed the last couple months of going here, the workers always have their kids in the lobby, eating whatever chips they want, going to customers tables, climbing on tables and chairs... Getting whatever drink they want with cookies... If this place is suffering with loss and the numbers are down... This is why .. I've had neighbors tell me they won't go back to that location bc of the rude employees and the kids.. This location needs to make some adjustments. The manager is really good during the day, she just needs better help so she can do her job, in my opinion.

Most HORRIBLE dining experience at the Subway on 67th & Frankford!!
Samantha who said she was the asst manager was VERY RUDE!! Called me as I was driving up to the speaker to say they were out of meatballs for the sandwich. Her excuse was the order took over 15min to be received from the subway app where I made my order. Then I gave her my new order but she ignored me as I read off the sandwiches & toppings. Again another excuse; she was working on!other orders even though she asked me to come inside to change my original order. She then said I did not order drinks. My orders were meal combos. I then asked for a refund, she refused saying it was not possible since I used the app. I was going to be left without food and without a refund!!!! I DO. NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS SUBWAY LOCATION!!! ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER !!!

First TK so much deserves so much praise. I was in restaurant management for 26 years. Disappointing this place choose to sacrifice guest over crunching labor dollars. Ok back to TK, this girl is amazing. She had 6+ cars in the drive thru and a dozen guest in line inside. Being totally by herself at dinner time is insane. TK kept her composure and worked her tale off, taking care of everyone while giving great customer service, as well as washing hands and regloving in between cashing people out and making sandwiches. There were people walking in from the drive thru frustrated, as well frustrated people inside, but TK stayed focused and took care of all of us. So disappointing that the company sacrifices service to extremely cut labor. By the way where was management, I’m sure they were home kicking back. TK and the Subway guest deserve so much better. We will not eat at this location moving forward, but if I ever hear of an opening for a better place of employment for TK, I will definitely let her know.
