I hate giving negative reviews but I order these same subs all over town and this is the first time they were served to me Ice cold with a cold footlong Oreo cookie. I feel like they literally ruined my food because they didn’t like the tip. But I will not go back there and I hope to save someone the trouble as well. Bad food and Vibes.

Subway on 98th and slide has got to be the slowest one in town. I order on the app 20 minutes sometimes longer ahead cause I know they’re slow. Then when I get there, they haven’t even started my order. I literally have to get in line and ask for my order before they start making it. What’s the point of ordering online if you still have to get in line and wait before they even start making your sandwich??
Location cleanest I've ever seen in a subway customer service was superb and the sandwich was just awesome!. Manager was the best

I'm leaving a one star so hopefully the owners will see this message and understand that they need more than one person working at all times. To have one person fix everything is ridiculous in a fast pace establishment like subway

Sad what is going on I doubt if this will last 100% price increase ?my usual order for years never paid more than $18 only 2 one foot nothing else this one and will be our last was almost $36 for the exact same sandwich?soon will be there was subway !!

I went in @ 1 pm yesterday and 2 people in front of me and 3 behind me. There was only one person working. When it was my turn he said sry but I have 6 to go orders I have to get ready. I will be with you in about 20 minutes. I decided to leave and the other 3 behind left. This poor guy needs help. That’s the managers fault schedule at least 2 people at all time. Poor scheduling

I never order Subway and now I remember why. I ordered three sandwiches. Two were good, The roast beef had no beef on it. I measured half the sandwich and it had .6 oz of beef, Ridiculous. I Called the store to confirm and they said it is pre-measured and if I wanted more meat I would be charged extra. If you order from Jimmy John's or Jersey Mike's you actually get some beef on your sandwich.

This location is the worst in Lubbock. Employees always rude, no management at all. When you order online and go there to pick up the order they never have it and they tell you they ran out everything. Happened to me three times already.

Most subways are gross, slow and always out of ingredients. This one is clean, friendly, fast, and fully stocked.
Placed an online order and wasted my time. Understaffed and did not have simple ingredients to make the sandwiches listed on their menu. If placing an online order call ahead to make sure they have everything so you’re not wasting a trip to the store.

2 employees behind the counter. Meat/ bread woman went to get supplies w her part of sandwiches ready.Nick in charge of veggies/ cash register promptly stated, as 7 witnesses watched, “I’m out, my rides here.” Thought he was joking, so we said~ haha, you’re leaving the cash register wide open. He wasn’t joking, he promptly got HIS bag of food, stopped & filled his drink & picked his 2 bags of chips selectively off the shelf, and proceeded 2 leave. 7 customers questioned his actions, he didn’t care. He left your location wide open w/o anyone to tend to customers or YOUR business. Everyone watched in disbelief. One customer stated, “This always happens here.” This is ludicrous considering Subway’s current reputation which sucks. We won’t ever be back, this will be posted to every acct from 7 people that watched it happen & had the time to talk to each other in disbelief of what occurred. Never in 50 yrs of life, have I ever witnessed anything on this level. Your food options were picked over, bottom of the barrel dry, dead, nasty. I will report this to health inspectors in Lubbock bc this location should be shut down immediately.
