Why is it so hard to follow directions? I picked up my mobile order that asked for my sandwich to be toasted and with extra honey mustard. I picked it up and brought it back home to eat and it was not toasted and had no honey mustard at all. Even to have a job like this you need to be smart. Very unsatisfactory.

If I could rate this Subway 0 stars I would. I order me and my wife subway online. I went and picked up the order brought it back to our house so we can eat. I took not even 2 bites of my sandwich and pulled out a hair out of my sandwich. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Save a trip and go elsewhere

This subway sucks. The bread was stale, the employee made and cut the sandwich very sloppily and it had an aftertaste of cigarette ash. Also there was no tea. Worst subway location I've ever been to. Go to the gas station subway on the 27 exit towards Marsha sharp. Its much better

I got 3 sandwiches. One of them did not have the cucumbers, extra sauce nor the avocado. 2nd sandwich had no avocado and cucumbers on half and it was not cut. The 3rd one was missing avocado. Got 6 cookies and they were all the wrong cookie. This temeka girl needs to learn how to make a proper sandwich and to let her customers know when they are out of something. The manager needs to make sure they are fully stocked on their items. That was basically 10-15 dollars wasted.

My wife had a craving so we stopped by for a couple sandwiches on Monday the 12th at 3:00 pm. While the lady making the sandwiches wasn’t directly rude, she made it well known she despised being there. On top of that, she barely filled the sandwiches… the first 1/3 or my wife’s Boss sandwich not even having any meatballs. My Italian BMT was puny at best. She flat out didn’t care and it showed. Subway isn’t barely worth the price anyways, but with her behavior it definitely wasn’t worth the trip! Any time we decide to go, if she’s working we’re turning around and walking right back out!

Outside of some unhygienic processes like typing on their phone with the same gloves they make their sandwiches with it's not too bad of a place but that's not why I'm giving it so low stars. Even though it's a 24 hour place, don't bother going at night. There was a fist fight and one of the employees ran off away from helping the customers to join it.

After that I got threatened in the store to be robbed and no one cared, overall not a place worth going outside of emergencies

Placed an order online that was supposed to be ready at 11PM. Arrived at 1055PM. Did not get my food until 1155PM. Meanwhile 15+ customers who were walk-ins after I arrived were served and left the building including other members of my family. Then when I got home with the food the wrong chicken was used to make the sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich. This along with the lack of respect for my time as well as several other online customers that were standing in line with me has more than ensured I will not be returning to this location.
