I visit subway only for the veggie patty subway, and they never disappoint me with the taste and freshness. Only flaw is they frequently go out of stock for the veggie patties.

This is the best subway ever, customer service from a girl was amazing she had everyone in and out of there in no time the only thing that made me alittle sad was that she was working by herself and no help but she had sparkling energy and didn’t let that get in her way I can really tell how hard working she is but I highly recommend that subway store and I hope I get the same service from her again!!

Amazing place to eat it is so clean and overal the best employees ever they are kind and always give me extra food in my sandwich these bad reviews are stupid and these people do not understand how hard it is to work in fast food you have to be patient and kind and it can be stressful for the workers when u get mad so I highly recommend this place to eat 😝😝😝

Ordered A foot-long pepperoni and and meatball sub she didn’t give me any pepperoni and treat meatballs if she didn’t have enough meatballs to give me why not just say that instead of giving me a sandwich with nothing but sauce in it, her station was dirty

By far the worst subway location in town! How do you get an order wrong when I'm telling it to you. Employees don't listen , rush the order, make mistakes, then are just rude over the whole process. I'm sorry I came into the restaurant and ya'll had to come out from talking in the back. If I knew it would have been this bad. I would have walked around and made it myself. I'm sure they wouldn't have even noticed I was there.

I placed an order on the website and ordered an 6” BMT with bacon and toasted with a Diet Pepsi and Sun chips. Didn’t receive my Pepsi and also didn’t get the bacon on my sandwich and it wasn’t toasted. I called phone went straight to VM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE. Wasted my money here. 0 Stars

Rude as employee at the front counter! Ordered online and the order was not done till 15min after the order pick up time. When asked about sandwich she began making at very slow pace on purpose. If you hate your job then quit!

First time at this place and not very impressed. Tables were dirty, floor not swept and chairs white backing dirty with handprints. Toaster over was out of service and so the alternative was to microwave the sandwiches and wraps. Not a good ideal since it made the breads dry and the wraps hard. My sandwich fell apart as my bread crumbled to pieces. There was a limited amount of chips stocked and no medium cups available. We don't like coming to a messy restaurant and we came right before lunch time, we don't understand why this restaurant was so dirty and out of items. Last time we come back.

This was my first time coming to this location and even though it took a while to get my sandwich I understand why and didn't mind it. First off let me say that on my visit Aisha was the only employee there and she was on her 2nd shift. There was two people ahead of me and then she has online orders of multiple sandwiches. She was alone and backed up but she never let it show she was agitated or not up to the pressure. She took every order and made every sandwich in a professional manner and was very nice and polite. Idk if the manager of this location reads this but this woman did a damn good job and my sandwich was well worth wait.

I will say that I hope it isn't management's routine to always leave an employee alone all the time at a subway shop. That's on you.

HORRIBLE!!!! Only ever bread they carry is wheat bread so dont even bother ordering online becuase they will give you wheat bread without giving you what you order. Also they make the sandwhich their way and dont even put what is on your order! Literally got one olive in my sandwhich. The subway franchise is slowly dieing and all the new items they have are always out of stock!

So... we tried to call this store about drinks that were missing from our order. We were kind and patient. We've worked fast food before so we know mistakes happen. The person on the phone immediately plays dumb and acts like he can't hear us until for a third time, we say that our drinks are missing from our mobile order. We're met with the response of: "There's nothing I can do about that." The drinks are $3 each. That's $6 of wasted money which may not seem like much but is actually a lot when you're on a strict budget. Previous comments have said this place needs to be shut down. I agree. How hard is it to offer a refund of $6? We even tipped. Guess we shouldn't have since our money was going to be stolen anyway...Edit: To be clear, managers and owners of all corporations, get your act together. When you overwork and underpay your employees, this will hurt your reputation as a business, but you guys don't care. It's a franchise. What's one failed business when you count all the rest, right?

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Orders are NEVER made on time, there is no communication if your order is delayed or if they don’t have the ingredients, bread is never made beforehand, orders are consistently made wrong and multiple retries per order, and they make no effort to try to reconcile with an unsatisfied customer. If you’re going to make my order wrong 4 times I should get the food free at that point for all the wasted time and gas.
