So... we tried to call this store about drinks that were missing from our order. We were kind and patient. We've worked fast food before so we know mistakes happen. The person on the phone immediately plays dumb and acts like he can't hear us until for a third time, we say that our drinks are missing from our mobile order. We're met with the response of: "There's nothing I can do about that." The drinks are $3 each. That's $6 of wasted money which may not seem like much but is actually a lot when you're on a strict budget. Previous comments have said this place needs to be shut down. I agree. How hard is it to offer a refund of $6? We even tipped. Guess we shouldn't have since our money was going to be stolen anyway...Edit: To be clear, managers and owners of all corporations, get your act together. When you overwork and underpay your employees, this will hurt your reputation as a business, but you guys don't care. It's a franchise. What's one failed business when you count all the rest, right?

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Orders are NEVER made on time, there is no communication if your order is delayed or if they don’t have the ingredients, bread is never made beforehand, orders are consistently made wrong and multiple retries per order, and they make no effort to try to reconcile with an unsatisfied customer. If you’re going to make my order wrong 4 times I should get the food free at that point for all the wasted time and gas.

3 "staff members" just sitting doing absolutely nothing, had 3 doordashers waiting around for the "staff" to figure out they actually have a job. Useless is an understatement just go to firehouse

No point in having order ahead when they make it 45 minutes after it was scheduled to be done. And they also made both of my sandwiches completely wrong. Also didn’t get the cookie I ordered. Seems under staffed maybe the company needs to treat their employees better so they can give customers good service. Paying customers should get what they pay for.

They leave the night shift by themselves. They're very short handed. The gentleman was trying to cut the veggies as he went. Customers were leaving and some getting irritate. I made my order online, I ordered a dozen cookies, which they didn't have any made. The gentleman was willing to make some and cut the veggies up to go on sandwiches. I came back 12-05-2023 Only to find 1 person on duty, with a long line of guests. I just left instead of having my dozen of cookies made and my 2 footling sandwiches made each of which cost $11.69 #10 All-american club @ 216 University Suite 200 Lubbock Texas 79415 on 12-04-2023. Please get your loyal workers and customers help.

Usually this location is decent but I placed an online pickup order that showed it was being worked on in the app while I get there Kered hadn’t even started the order. He was very rude and had no type of customer service and very slow no motivation what so ever the sandwich was sloppy I’ve never had such a messy sandwich in my life! Also so lazy and in a rush he didn’t even cut it in half, thankfully we were taking the sandwich home and could cut it ourselves with a knife but had we not I’d be a lot more upset! Also we ordered 4 cookies and the ones we ordered were sold out so we got 3 oatmeal cookies when we ordered 4! Thanks a lot Kered!!

Should be shut down I worked here and got fired this week for nothing food isn't prepared right during night shift or mid day the veggies are not washed when the truck orders come in half of the tomatoes are rotten onions have bugs in them worst place to work they cut all of your hours I will be reporting it

Went to order and the dude working wasn't even wearing gloves while handling customers food. This gentleman didn't even wash his hands in between switching tasks/sandwiches for multiple customers. Walked right back out!

Seriously what’s the point of having an app that tells you when your sandwich is ready but when you get there they haven’t even started it. One time, okay back ups happen. But Multiple times? Only one employee who can’t handle the orders? Management needs to be replaced because they obviously can’t manage a shoebox.

The most rude staff I have ever encountered. First, they refused to give me the drink I paid for saying I didn’t pay it even though it was on the recent, and secondly after I let it go, they continued to be rude for no reason whatsoever.

Employee was not welcoming . Not friendly. He talked about his personal life with a customer while we waited for a bit . Our sandwiches were made not wrapped up yet. He stopped to put 4trays of bread in oven. Which could have waited till he finished with our orders. Flys were everywhere. Hoping one wouldn't land on our sandwiches.His demeanor was just like "what do you want". Didn't even say thank you and he didn't deserve the tip but tipped him anyway. Won't be going back.
