My boyfriend went into with me on the phone, cause I was working so I had told me to just put me on speaker phone so I could tell them my order. And the girl proceeded to act like she couldn't hear him and he repeated himself 3 times and then told him well you can just give it to me. He then started to tell her my order and then told her that he also wanted another sandwich and what bread and left the 1st sandwich there and went to help the man that had just walked up and make his sandwich. Another employee came out from the back and started to help my boyfriend and finish my sandwich and then ask him if there was anything else he then had to tell her what he wanted after telling the 1st employee what he wanted. So needless to say the 1st employee only provides great customer service to the customers she picks and chooses. We have been to this location multiple times and never had an issue. This was by far very disrespectful and tasteless.

Where do I start? The lack of pride and respect in this establishment is severe. The lady working the mornings with piercings in her cheeks was very rude and acted like she was irritated that I was there. They only had white and wheat bread, the toaster was not on so I had to wait 20 minutes for the toaster to warm up so I could have my sandwich toasted. After standing there for 30 mins my sandwich was done toasting the lady then began to just throw stuff on my sandwich, didn’t even bother to put any effort into trying to fold it. Some of the lettuce is brown and some of the green peppers were orange😳. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I stopped by a gas station for a quick bite. Five minutes later a girl showed up and said to wait a minute. After three minutes of waiting, I left. Why are you in this business? Do your own thing and leave the business to those people who really need it.

Stood in line at 930p for 10m along with 2 other drivers. A worker in the back saw us standing there and then told another worker to tell us they had already closed.

Not one to normally leave bad reviews but this place was terrible. I would have given it a zero but that wasn’t an option. The door was locked so we had to use the Pilot gas station door. We weren’t greeted when we walked in all the employee said was what kind of bread and how many. The bread was way over cooked and super dry as you can see in the picture. The meat toppings were so skimpy you could barely see them. When we asked for a little more we were told they would double charge for meat. We eat at a lot of subways so we know how much meat you get. I asked about the cheese and he said he had no idea what kind they were. We didn’t see an option for ham and he said they didn’t have any, and then went to the fridge and brought one out. The drink machine was down, I ordered a protein bowl and when I asked for a fork because they were out in the container he told me to go to the gas station and get one. I asked an employee over there and the one was equally rude and told us she just works there?? As my 9 yr old was eating his ham, pickle and ranch sub he said his mouth was burning. His sub was filled with jalapeños and pickles. We watched him make them and he only went in the pickle tub. So needless to say that sub was wasted. All in all a terrible experience from start to not finishing our food.

I went in to get one of my favorite creations foot long, rotisserie chicken, pepper jack, jalapeños, lettuce, tomatoes, black olives,red onion,bell pepper salt and pepper with sweet onion sauce, honey mustard and mayo..The line was long and two ladies in front of me, had large orders, I was impressed with the young Beautiful Woman that was operating under the pressure with ease, she kept her cool, got it done and on to the next customer. IF MULTI-TASKING WAS A PERSON, SHE WAS DEFINITELY IT..MIND YOU, SHE DID ALL THIS BY HER LONELY....She's taking over and in my opinion she's dedicated and is a success in her own right..She's Taking applications for Great workers with Great work ethics that want the hours...Thank you Little Lady ? ? ? ? PS come and be apart of her SUCCESS...And Thanks for the cookies, there as sweet as you...Wishing you all the LUCK & SUCCESS

only 1 person working little slow@10pm but good tuna only 3 meatballs for 6" wanted 12" just visited 009-05 23 we’re out of almost everything in the store as has been McKays. The last few times I have visited Service not too good asked to swipe my rewards card did not tell me I had to pay with points, would not reverse charge for points not very satisfied subway survey on receipt it would not let me take it. Did not have enough information on receipt to correctly take survey.

Hello my name is Brennon I live in Lubbock Texas and visited subway and received the absolute worst customer service. I never even waist my time putting in a complaint but it was so bad I have to I walk up to a empty counter and get told by a customer I should knock on the employee door so as I’m walk-in over there a employee walks through another door I then ask are yall open I get ignored and then she proceeds to question me in the most rudest demeanor ever 0 customer skills what do want I say a footlong Italian bread she then says what do you want on it I say chicken bacon ranch we don’t have rotisserie then stares me blankly instead of offering a different solution. I own a food establishment and I know some days are rough so I kept my composure but my last straw was when I said steak and cheese. We don’t have steak and stares at me blankly I then say wow you are very rude and I’m gonna walk away before I loose my cool. I then called a manager and explained was told Jennnifer I believe is the employee name has received complaints and basically on her last straw but I wanted to make sure this is 100 %addressed because she basically will definitely keep me and anyone I know from stepping back in that facility
