From a scale of 1-10, I give this store a 100!! Always has the best customer service when I'm in the store. The young lady (name starts with a G) that works during the lunch hour is by far amazing! Very friendly, polite, thankful and quick to prepare your lunch. I'll keep visiting this store for my subs.

I ordered a pick up for our family for dinner because there was a lot going on. The staff was super friendly and the owner gave us free cookies because our order was so large and helped them reach their sales goal. Highly recommend!

Very warm and welcoming. We had to come to this one bc another location was very rude and I was not able to eat.
They not only were much friendlier but gave a discount for the issues we had at another store. They went above and beyond!

Got two footlongs expecting them to be good as we love subway but the sandwich tasted old and stale didn’t even give the time to cut it. Got cookies gave me the wrong one and was just awful very disappointed considering I paid 28$!!

The sandwich was way over toasted. When I mentioned it was a little over toasted the lady got snippy and very rude immediately. I politely asked if she could remake it and she talked down to me. I ended up not getting anything and walking out. If you don’t like customer service, that’s understandable. But don’t make that the customers problem you hate your job and can’t do it right or politely.

I visited the establishment to place an order, but the employee was outside with friends or family. She informed me that the system was experiencing technical difficulties. It is concerning that this issue has persisted with this particular store. I will withdraw my funds to a different location.

If I could give negative zero stars I would. I walked the young man just looked at me. No hello no welcome to subway nothing. So I took the liberty and said hello. He asked what I wanted I told him 2 six inches on white. He proceeded to make the sandwiches on Italian cheese bread which I don't like. He asked what vegetables I wanted I got lettuce and tomatoes for my husband sandwich. The lettuce was not too my liking so I only wanted pickles. He picked up a big handful and dumped it on my sandwich. Which once I got to my hotel I removed more than half of them. I will never come back to this location again
I ordered through the app Friday and when I got to the restaurant they didnt make my pizza because no one the night before defrosted it,understandable but when I asked for a refund she told me I had to request it through the app. I have tried and have gotten no where. I will be calling Monday but it's ridiculous because online said most refunds have to be done in store.

This was my worst subway experience!!! I have never had an experience like this I was charged for another SANDWICH!! Making my total way more then it ever should have been. On top of that the work on trying to get my money back was such a hassle workers not knowing how to do a return is insanity very unprofessional and untrained. Then still did not get the proper amount of money in return very disappointed in this subway will not be back!!
