Summer Moon Coffee

This was my second visit to this location, and unfortunately both experiences were disappointing due to customer service. I walked in with no line, grabbed the two bags of coffee I wanted, and stood at the counter while a worker looked directly at me and continued doing something else without acknowledging me.

Another employee eventually greeted me, but the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming, like she was trying to get me out of there as quickly as possible. My card hadn’t even finished processing before she walked away.

It’s frustrating because I genuinely like the coffee, but the service alone is enough that I won’t return to this location. I’d rather drive across town and try a different one.

Very cute small coffee shop. Usually quiet when Im there. A bit of seating with couches, tables, and stool seating. They have outlets for if you'd like to do work. Also sell ground bean coffee bags. Services is fast and friendly. Food is okay. Would recommend if you need a space to do some work and chat.

So I went in through the drive-through, and ordered a latte and a cheese danish. The coffee is great. I recommend the coffees 100%. Stay away, probably from the bakery. As I ordered my cheese danish, they were having issues with their microwave to warm it up. So you had about five employees around the microwave area and finally they got it to work. So they commence to put my cheese danish to warm it up, long and behold, it was done and guess what?. The girl dropped my cheese danish on the floor..!!! She thought I didn’t see and quickly picked it up walked to the Back, put it in the bag, then walk to the front, and handed it to another girl to give it to me. She pulls up to the window, handing me the cheese,l danish full of dirt with this embarrassing look on her face and said Thank you..!!!!😱😱😱😱😱

Its so hard to find a good drip and someone who will add some honey to it like I ask. I've been to plenty of coffee shops and you'd be surprised how easy that is to mess up. But not these baristas! Not only did they add honey, they added my requested amount! Most places dont and I usually end up with straight black drip. Will definitely be coming back when im in town!

I'm not sure why one customer said the coffee tastes like dirt. Maybe they added something 🤔. Regardless, I have been here twice now and absolutely love it. Ive had coffee at various places. Many of those places had such artificial flavors and taste. This place has a Java Chip Moon Glacier....by far the best. Better than Starbucks! Great service as well.

The best coffee I’ve had in a while. Their handmade sweet cream adds the perfect texture and sweetness and they have many options.
