“Easy to get food on the cheap, and is always filling, enjoy going at least once or twice a month, easy for little kids too, only have to use hands and mouth, no dishes, and trash is minimal, easy clean up and usually gets order correct, even when they miss something they are friendly and courteous and make the item right there on the spot“

My only criticism of the entire Lubbock district is that they don't have the Chili Cheese Burrito on thier menus. It's a classic staple of Taco Bell. And I am clueless on how they are clueless to how many of them they would sell. But I wouldn't say that means anyone should be deterred from visiting any of the lubbock locations.“

“Frankie was truly the best employee I’ve ever run into at a Taco Bell. He was friendly & funny & like a friend I’ve known for years. I honestly had a horrible terrible no good very bad day & I can truthfully say he was the highlight. He made me smile & laugh even thought I didn’t have any energy to at all. He gave us wonderful recommendations & spoke highly of all the food with very detailed descriptions of all of the items we asked questions about. I’ve NEVER had someone at a fast food restaurant convince me to order something I’ve never tried (because I’m very picky) solely based on the way he spoke about the food. It turned out being delicious & I’ll definitely be ordering it again. Please give this man the highest raise possible. At nearly 2am, having the warmth and energy he brought me and my fiancé, he deserves everything. Loved my experience. Loved my food.
