I order doordash at this location frequently because it’s the closest restaurant to me. Almost every single order has missing or incorrect items. I ordered 2 doritos locos tacos, 2 regular nacho fries, and a cheesy gordita crunch and all I received were 3 doritos locos tacos. They frequently don’t put sauces in the bag and completely screw up orders. Also this is by far the slowest fast food restaurant i’ve ever been to, like ever. Not even just Taco Bell’s, but any fast food place.

I've come here twice to pick up Uber Eats orders. Both times, it's clear to me that they prioritized everyone else's orders and didn't even start the order till long after I got there. Also, some homeless dude was inside begging for money the first time I was here.

Horrible service they didnt give me my order good and they doesnt even gave me the sauces I PAID, the side taco HORRIBLE AND NOTICEABLE OLD, literally like glue in the wrap paper, and they took forever in even take my order, around 20 min on line

The most horrific customer service I have ever received first off my app wasn’t work so I ordered at window then looked and my bank account and it pulled get really mad at me and said you have to drive back threw the drive thru to just check in when I was already at the first window secondly when I got to the second window I looked at my food they forgot my chicken in my chicken quesadilla instead of remaking it they just gave me a cup of chicken third I got home started eating my quesadilla and they put onions in my quesadilla I called the store they passed me to Mitch he said onions don’t come on quesadillas the transfer me to another person and they say they took the onions off the line at 9 cause they waiting on truck horrible service very rude and asked when the Gm will be in and they said not until Tuesday just piss poor customer service sincerely a pissed off customer - Aaliyah

Food was great. The service though was not it. I ordered on the app requesting hot sauce. Lady at the drive in said it was in the bag. It was not. Quit being stingy on hot sauce and put it in the bag.

On new year 1-1-25 I ordered on line payed on line went to pick up my order a male employee stop me from grabbing my order he told me that he didn't see me check out is sad that taco bell employees can't tell when a customer pay on line with a debit card 💳 finally he let me take the order when I told him that the order was already paid and offered to show him my phone taco bell app seems like some employees need more training.

Stood at the counter for ten minutes. Drive thru employee looked at us and turned away. Manager was on the phone and looked at us and didn’t say or do anything. We left. Terrible customer service.

So update to the review… so not only did they up their prices again, but apparently they no longer give 2 cheese sauce cups for their large nacho fries. We were told to that it’s an extra $0.59 to get the second cheese sauce that used to come with it. They have never been known for quality food, just cheap food… and now theyre trying to follow behind McDonald’s and squeeze the public without increasing the value! On top of that, the lady at the window gave attitude in the process of asking for the second cheese cup!

Ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla and I just wanted them to cut the quesadilla the correct way. Because 1. I used to work at one and 2. They didn't cut it all the way. I saw the front counter employee just barely cut the food item. And still served it like that. So I went and asked them to cut it she told me they would have to make a new one. Well this time my cheese wasn't melted and it was just not so great. I would have rather they just cut the food item properly as they were trained. If they had any.
