Well i went just now 3/19/25 1230 pm I was getting my tacos to go and I witnessed the old white cleaning the silver warmer above the churros and as she was wiping it off I seen nothing but grey dust dirt falling into the churros like honestly you guys should removed food from the area you are cleaning to prevent any kind of cross contamination well obviously she wasn't trained and that should be a health code violation I even mention the the dark skin girl about

When you say and pay for something you expect it this place continues to give you crap they never get the order right ask for soft get hard shell tacos ask for separate bags they say they didn't here you ask for hot sauce they give you one and don't even bother with napkins substandard for what is expected

Im an uber eats driver, and they closed their inside early so I had to get in the drive through and wait. I told them who I was there for, and waited. When I got the the window they made me pull forward and wait longer. The four people who got there after me got their food and left immediately. My uber eats client's order was in way before I got here, there's no way these people who ordered after them should've had their order completed first. The order was 3 dorito tacos and a supreme lux box. Very standard order.

Literally had a long piece of hair in my drinkā¦ after I already took a sip of itā¦ Iām disgusted & probably will never go backā¦ thatās very unsanitary for somebody hair to be falling in the drink just imagine the food. Iām literally grossed out

The woman in the drive through asked me if I wanted to donate 10Ā¢ to charity, I declined. (I donate quite a bit already directly through my job). The woman read me my total without the donation, waited until I started pulling away from the screen, then added it on anyway. Then when I got to the window, she read me the higher total. When I said āOkay, but I said no to the donation,ā she immediately got defensive and started saying āFine Iāll take it off you donāt gotta freak out. Itās just 10 cents, no big deal.ā And while yeah, it is just 10 cents, itās the principle of the matter. This is MY money. I said NO. What she did is wrong and is legally fraud. Thankfully Iām not in a position currently where 10 cents wouldāve overdrawn my account or something of that nature, but I know plenty of people who cannot say the same. I told the woman, āItās the fact that I said no and you snuck it on there anyway. Thatās not okay and itās literally fraud and theft.ā She rolled her eyes, took the money off, gave me my food/receipt and said, āSee no big deal, itās off.ā Neither of us raised our voices, but she was very rude and condescending after I called her out. You could tell she knew she had been caught and was trying to downplay what she had done.
The womanās name was āJanie Cā, according to my receipt. It makes me wonder who else sheās done this to and how often it happens at this location. Wonāt be coming back to this location.

I went through with an empty line around 6 in the evening. It took 30 minutes to get my food which would have been acceptable if my food had been warm and my tacos and chalupa had not been stale. I will be avoiding this location.
