Worst Taco Bell in Lubbock!! The only helpful person was the lobby person. EVERYONE behind the counter was RUDE didn’t want to answer my questions, and took about 15min to get a simple order of 2 tacos. When I asked for my cup for my drink it was bothersome to the staff. When I went for a refill the Baja Blast was out and they couldn’t replace it or even give me a refill from the drive thru. AGAIN VERY RUDE STAFF I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS RESTAURANT!!

The food there is always at the perfect temperature, I also enjoy the quickness of the staff there in getting my orders so that I can head home to feed my kiddos who also love Taco Bell 😁

Horrible service! The girl at the window has not good customer service!!!! Tried giving us a carbonated drink seem rude when we asked for another drink and at the drive thru when taking my order ask if we wanted sauce but never put in the bag! I drove around to get sauce and she just handed me a hang full not apologetic at all very rude if I could give 0 stars on service I would

First time eating at this Taco Bell and I should have taken pictures of this Taco Bell. Very clean and feels very comfortable the way the building is setup. Service is excellent and the food is better at this Taco Bell than any other one I’ve been to over the last 10 years. If you like Tack Bell stop in if you’re in Lubbock and hungry, it will be worth the stop.
Food is trash, my tacos were in pieces, cheese wasn’t melted, AND the cheese was on the outside of my taco (WTF), chicken was dry, and wasn’t spread out, and of course, I never get the mild sauces I ask for. It’s as if this location is intentionally trying to be bad. The staff is disrespectful, I’m at a loss for words. I will never go to Taco Bell again. You will never get my money again.
