Went in to order and 3 employees were just standing talking. Went to order and they told us to order on kiosk because they were busy. Me and my family walked out. Won't be back.
First time eating at this Taco Bell and I should have taken pictures of this Taco Bell. Very clean and feels very comfortable the way the building is setup. Service is excellent and the food is better at this Taco Bell than any other one I’ve been to over the last 10 years. If you like Tack Bell stop in if you’re in Lubbock and hungry, it will be worth the stop.
Food is trash, my tacos were in pieces, cheese wasn’t melted, AND the cheese was on the outside of my taco (WTF), chicken was dry, and wasn’t spread out, and of course, I never get the mild sauces I ask for. It’s as if this location is intentionally trying to be bad. The staff is disrespectful, I’m at a loss for words. I will never go to Taco Bell again. You will never get my money again.

Ordered 6 dorito tacos. All of them barely had any meat, im talkin pitiful children portions of meat.
I will never ever return to you guys establishment again I waited 2 hours for 2 boxes and asked the front person up front and she took my name and just went back to making drinks for the drive thru . I will never ever return there was a workers daughter sitting on the front desk counter I am very disappointed if your reading this choose somewhere else very very bad customer service.

I asked for a steak quesadilla & this how I received it.. barely any cheese just meat & sauce & they just tossed it in there & it was cold. On top of that, there Baja blast machine was down so I was already irritated & also asked for a substitute of the dorito locos taco… & the shell was hard like it had been sitting out for a while. Definitely don’t recommend going to the Taco Bell on 4th. Even the workers was playing around the kitchen rather than actually doing work. I’ll never go back!

Every time we order meals from here there’s something that staff didn’t give us. If you order a combo meal, they leave out tacos or nachos or burritos. Sometimes there are good employees that try but most of the time the employees are rude when we try to order food and get angry or argue when we point out that we’re missing an item.
