The food is pretty much always on point. We used to have issues with them botching the order at this location but have gotten much better. They forgot to give us sauce last night, but luckily, we have bottles at home.

A lot of the time you can go to this Taco Bell and it is your pretty bog standard Taco Bell experience. It’s not particularly better or worse than any other Taco Bell. However, sometimes you come here and there is a line wrapped around the building that will make you take 30 minutes to get your food even with a mobile order. Have also had the occasional mix up with orders, but some of that may lay on the fault of the mobile app.It really seems like the main problem here is that they can’t seem to hold consistent employees or train them super well. In addition, management seems to be horrible at scheduling people and the restaurant often seems understaffed during high traffic times.

Me and 2 friends ordered taco bell on the app and clicked drive thru. The drive thru line was long and we waited in it. When we got to the window, they told me I can only do 2 orders. I said okay and told them two of the names. The lady at the intercom then told me l had to come inside. I chose drive thru because I did not want to get out of my car. I asked her why and told her there is no way for me to leave the line since there is a curb and come inside. She ignored me and stopped talking back to me. When I got to the window, I could see my order ready and they would not hand it to me and made me come inside to get my food when I waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru. I did not appreciate the disrespect I recieved from these workers. If you are understaffed, shut down your app.Do not go to this taco bell!!

Drive thru was pretty fast... the girl on the head set...needs a little training.. cuz she can't hear to well ...and let's just say she has a mouth full of something and it's not WORDS . BBUUTTthe food was awesome... hot and was presented well. YOU BETTER ASK FOR NAPKINS AND HOT SAUCE THO... cuz they don't like giving it out!

Went in one evening placed order and had no change only large bills get to the front drive to pay and they tell me the don't accept 50s or 100s but didn't have that posted anywhere so i had no choice but to drive across the street to a gas station to break the large bill and return about 10 minutes later but I don't think they made a fresh order from when I refused the first as it was already nearly cold and I barely finished my reordering at the drive through before they told me to pull forward and didn't give me the total or ask about any sauces it was waiting for me at the window already I never told them I was coming back only that I was sorry bc i didn't have anything smaller tham 100 bucks and drove off kinda worry they were violating some protocols by giving me that food I had already ordered previously do they do that often like if someones order is wrong do they just dissect it and give it to the next person that orders that ? Makes ya wonder

I don’t know what was happening here but my food is all messed up, guy who cashed me out was either tweekin or idk! And other guy filling the drinks looked like he didnt even know what he was doing.I always come to this one and never had horrible service like this.
