Had an online order, waited about 45 minutes in drive thru, finally got to the window. Asked about the long wait. Low supplies. Came inside because order was not done. But once I received it. It was perfect. So somebody slacking on inventory requisition. Shame.

Last few orders haven’t been right. Is it that hard to listen and take an order correctly? Charge for the extras I ask for but don’t give it to me. So irritating. No napkins either. Taking a break for a while maybe they can get it together.

Placed an online order for this location. When we arrived to pick it up from dining area, we were told we had to go thru the drive thru. There was 5-6 cars in the drive thru. Why have these parking spaces at your location, if you still have to wait in line in the drive thru to pick up our order?! How hard is it to just hand us our order?

Seriously what is going on with this Taco Bell. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE MY ORDER IS WRONG. At this point they are just stealing money from how much food they are not putting in bags. And the food you do get it absolutely stale and thrown together with not an ounce of care. This is probably the worst Taco Bell in Lubbock.
