Ran out of mild sauce.. food was warm but made correctly, cashier seemed confused when I asked about my drink being the wrong color (Baja blast was clear?) I think the syrup was low I wasn’t mad just asked for a new one

Food was good, and came out fast. Workers were nice. Restroom smelled like a porta-potty, and the mango tea tasted watery but it wasn’t out because the machine wasn’t making a noise, the ratio is just wrong and I used to work at a taco bell

i understand this isn’t gourmet food but like cmon yall. you can do a little bit better than cold food with no meat in it. the manager didnt even know how to give me a refund and when i returned the next day they were very rude about remaking my food and shoved it in my face. taco bell is usually decent but this location just has the most bitter workers.

I dont know what it is about this location but they never put enough in them, the tacos are empty with ingredients. Go to any other location and they fill them up they way they should be.

I ordered the $7 Luxe cravings box. There was VERY little meat in the items. Very disappointed!!! This visit reminded me why I usually go to Taco Casa.

Not much to say considering the decades of popularity. It was. Great they brought the Mexican Pizza back last year. My only criticism of the entire Lubbock district is that they don't have the Chili Cheese Burrito on thier menus. It's a classic staple of Taco Bell. And I am clueless on how they are clueless to how many of them they would sell. But I wouldn't say that means anyone should be deterred from visiting any of the lubbock locations.
These orders always satisfies hunger with those tasty tacos but never enough for a full grown person. Always stingy with their meat... Corporate America will always make sure you don't get enough for what we work hard for.
