The workers were nice enough, and I have no complaint there; there was a long wait but I figured it was from the place running out of meat or something, so I give it a pass. The Mexican pizza was just a no. It looked like the blandest thing ever and it was. There was just a clump of beans and meat only in the middle. There was barely any sauce and the cheese was 10% melted. I got 2 tacos as well, which were good enough. Honestly it was ok if you got just the tacos and not the Mexican pizza.

Ordered online, got there, no Mug root beer. Called home, Changed to Strawberry Freeze. Nope, can't do that to online orders. Whatever! Hand me my drinks in that cardboard spill your drink holder, took em out, put them in a drink holder that works. Tried to hand it back, nope, We can't take that back. Got home, no chips for my granddaughters cheese and chips. This place has absolutely no customer service, and good luck getting your order right.
Have tried this location several times. Either they don't get the order right or they are out of something everytime. Today (Sunday) just ordered breakfast at 9a. Pulled up to window, and they're out of eggs? But I can wait 20 min while they make new liquid eggs.... just go up street to Milwaukee location. Never had an issue.... and I do love taco bell

After ordering an item from the menu, the cashier was told by a worker in the back that the enchiritos were only available if ordered through the app. The cashier said she'd had done it several times today. The other worker insisted that it wasn't available to order in the store. We noticed that we could have ordered one through the kiosk that was 5 ft away.This seems really messed up!
