THIS IS TO THE OWNERS OF THIS PARTICULAR TACO BELL! MY QUESTION IS.... DO YOU TRAIN THESE WORKERS? EVERYTIME WE COME TO THIS TACO BELL, THEY HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE THE MENU FOOD RIGHT AND THEIR IS ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING FROM ORDERS! DO YOU TELL THEM THEY CAN TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THEY DON'T MATTER?! YOU CAN BE AT THE DRIVE THRU LINE FOREVER AND UNTIL THEY DECIDE, THEY WILL ADDRESS YOU, AND IT'S NOT IN A GOOD ATTITUDE. IT'S CRAZY TO ME AND VERY BAD FOR YOUR BUSINESS THAT YOU ALLOW THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE TO CONTINUE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR FOOD QUALITY, AND THE WORST ATMOSPHERE EVER IS REFLECTING ON YOU THE OWNER BECAUSE YOU ALLOW THIS TO CONTINUE! WE WILL NOT GIVE ANYMORE SERVICE TO THIS TACO BELL AGAIN!

I pulled up in the drive thru, ordered food for my wife. Girl at the window told me boldly that Taco Bell does not sell the apple pie empanada at all, which was a lie. Then they had the audacity to put the driest, hardest, stale piece of warm cardboard in some paper and call it a chalupa. Cmon man, you cant straight lie to my fade then also serve the worst chalupa ive ever had in the SAME trip. Gotta do better.
The women making the orders absolutely suck. They don't know the menu took my order back 2 times and they still made it wrong both times making whatever they want so they can keep the bad food and eat it for themselves .
