I can in this location on 1-4-25 to pick up a quite large doordash order. When I arrive 3-4 employees where sitting in the office playing around. My order hadn't even been started. I had to say hello and get there attention just to get some help.

I have gone to this taco bell before, but today was just a different story!
the lady at the window was very aggressive towards my grandmother, yelling at her with attitude that she “ordered” incorrectly whenever she never handed out our last drink and we look on the receipt and we did indeed order it correctly and pay for it! she then proceeds to grunt and moan and just about throw it at my grandmother!
not to mention our food was WAY cold!
as someone who also works in the food industry, customers are not an interruption or disturbance of your work, but rather the purpose of it so please treat them all with kindness.
i am very saddened to see how she had treated my grandmother and i, and worry about how she treats other customers!

I tried contacting them twice before posting my review and zero response. I ordered online and showed up to be told they had zero hot sauce, I asked to cancel my order and she responded by saying "just for hot sauce"? I was then handed my bag and told to go to milwaukee for my sauce. Got there and asked them If they could remake my food and was told no because if inventory reasons. Wrote in to see if they would refund me or remake my order since everything was soggy and never got a response. Ridiculous, terrible management and to never receive a response from corporate is ridiculous. Zero stars
Cold food, out of multiple food items all the time

Just wow… Had never been to this location, and decided to stop in and see if they had the double-decker taco, since it was announced to be coming back.
Outside, this location is paired with a Pizza Hut, and looks very nice and new. We thought it was going to be a great location, even though we know not to set expectations too high… I mean, it IS Taco Bell.
We walk in the front door to a completely empty lobby. We were there within operating hours, so this seemed a bit strange. There is someone in the back preparing food, and one guy standing towards the counter, who we guessed was there to take orders. This kids hair was so long, you could not see his eyes at all. He had been staring at his phone the entire time we were there, so we just stood awkwardly at the counter waiting for him to acknowledge us and take our order. He never even gave our presence a nod. After standing there for a while, my wife simply asked him, “Are you taking orders?” The guy never even lifted his head. Just told someone in the back to “shut up” loudly.
At this point, we decided to leave. I told him that normally when someone speaks to you, you answer them. Never even said a word to us. We walked out and will not be back.

Don’t go here if you want a Dr. Pepper. They took my card and in the middle of charging me told me their Dr. Pepper was out. I said I wanted a refund and she said I hope that didn’t charge your card already. Of course it had. I had to ask for the refund 2 times and they acted like it was my fault they were having to give me a refund. Terrible customer service from the employee and manager!!!

All three of the employees working the evening shift of 08/26/24 were working at a slow pace and seemed very high. I was picking up two Door Dash orders which took over 20 minutes to prepare. I plan on reporting the incident to the Corporate Office because management doesn't care.
Corporate Office in Irving, CA was notified the next morning and a report will be made and a possible drug screening for all employees.

I go there for my lunch order Taco Bell why Because We are Vegetarian in USA anywhere we traveling that our stop for Food.
But First Time I have bad Experience (Taco Bell) on 9832 Slide Rd Lubbock TX 79424 on Lunch Time and this Location I always order my Food and my First Preference should be going inside and order directly because our vegetarian order are Flexible lot of time It happen my Order Food are Mess with to Add Chicken or Beef.
I try to Order food inside store lobby but store Manager name John told you can order via Self ordering On Kiosk Machine but some of my order have instruction to follow and that are not possible on Kiosk machine. Particular One of my Order have to need Following instruction but they told me we are short employee today that I totally understand but I check on Drive Thru there are only 2 car and 1 already left (I have Picture to Attach on Drive Thru to show only one Car are there ) but John told me it’s take while to take your order here inside lobby and one thing they argue with me two three minutes at that time my order can done inside but is tone look like I go to Drive thru I can’t help you here it’s possible It’s Taco Bell Franchise rule or they make it own.
( I Don’t want to do Review like this | Franchise need to involve here and teach to employee or Manager how to help to customer first and to be friendly with Customer and here Customer or Manager not Loss anything they get is pay on time but Taco Bell Franchise name can use here lot of time )

I went 2 hours before they closed, and the girl on the intercom told me, as if she was half asleep, that they were out of both steak and taco meat. Dont know if its common for them to stop serving 3/4ths of their menu 2 hours before they close, but the whole thing didnt seem professional at all. Will absolutely not be back to this lazily run store.

Dear Taco Bell, do you wanna call and even trade I can make your Taco Bell even cooler I went to a Taco Bell on my first trip to California in Los Angeles, California the city of Angels. I wish they had this in Lubbock. I want to make an even trade with you and give you a second chance if you do you gotta be cool about it and higher really cool Hollywood Disneyland executives. This Taco Bell in California I wish they had this in Lubbock Texas. They serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic margaritas. I wish they had this said Taco Bell because the Taco Bell Catina in Los Angeles California. It’s really cool. It actually started here Somewhere in California, I got to go to The Taco Bell Catina , please drink responsibly You don’t get this at every Taco Bell Will call it an even trade Let’s say we give these employees a second chance because now I finally faced my friend this is something you can relate to facing your fear of theme park rides, except not all of them keep in mind that not all rides followed by the same rules don’t worry I talked to the Mickey Mouse mascot in California. He’s actually super friendly. It’s only Florida that you need to be concerned about because in Florida. It’s Manhattan to south Disneyland opened in 1955. Walt Disney World opened up in 1971 and then the city where I was born, don’t get upset if I mentioned that Miami was the crime capitol capital to Tony, Montana I was born in Miami, Florida and the 1990s. I like the Miami better back when people were nice about it. There were no smart phones just everybody on Miami Beach having a good time. Also, may you request the Britney Spears Lucky song and Taco Bell? I heard it in Dallas because I volunteer roller rink to rekindle the 90s vibe I went to Venice Beach. I mean I’m not a big fan of all the crazy people in Venice speech however I do love the history of rollerskating because after teaching little kids how to rollerskate taking them to hockey games and memory of grandpa Kevin , we’re always trying to rekindle the 90s vibe rollerskating was really booming in the 80s to the 90s to the 2000 those were the days rollerskating wasn’t very popular for a very long time and I’ve been rollerskating for since the 1990s to the early 2000s like I said I called didn’t even trade at the Taco Bell‘s Catina. I keep getting that confuses Star Wars Katina , I tried to write millennium falcon however I’m a little cluster phobic, especially when it comes to space travel. I hope they bring back another amusement park in law but Texas hoping that the prices will lower because nowadays Disneyland Disney World is pretty pricey is like they need to stop raising their prices or else it’s gonna be like Las Vegas millionaires and then , 2050 2090 they would be out of business . Well anyways I gotta go Tata for now. Will call didn’t even trade. Don’t worry. I talked to Mickey Mouse’s doing a good job in Disneyland, California. It’s only Orlando Florida that you need to be concerned about.
