Never go to Taco Bell so didn’t know what to expect. It takes the worker at LEAST 5 minutes to even begin to take my order. I say Hello multiple times, nothing. Once I finally get to the window, it takes them 15 minutes to make a chicken quesadilla. Keep in mind I’m the only person there, drive thru and inside. Horrible service and will not be coming back to Taco Bell and DEFINETLY not this location.

I went here once, asked for al fresco style, and they still put cheese and sour cream on it. Came here again because I know fast food makes mistakes- but clearly told them what I wanted this time. They said they don't do al fresco anymore so I said "okay, just no dairy please" and they still put cheese on it. Yall need to learn to take food allergies seriously!

We went through the drive thru and the person taking out order was very quiet and we couldn’t really hear him. So when we went up to the window we made sure they had our order correct and they were really bothered by it and then the employees in the back were making jokes about it.

Came in the other night to grab a bite to eat before heading home around 8:30 pm. There was 4 or 5 guys working there, all younger. The lobby was empty except one of them looking like he was on break and on his phone at one of the tables. He yelled to people in the back that there was “one in the lobby” and I heard the guys in the back echo it. I came to the register and stood there for at least 10 minutes before one of the guys in the back deemed my existence necessary to acknowledge. Then waited an exorbitant amount of time for a small order. The whole time the guys in the back were cussing and moving as fast as pond water. You could tell they didn’t care. Won’t be coming back to this location. Shame, it’s in a good location.

It’s a Taco Bell so I don’t expect much and it’s one of the only food places around I can get to on my lunch break, the past 54 times I’ve been there somethings been missing from my order and sometimes it’s the main item I ordered. I’m never going back now that there are new restaurants opening up around them.

Went through the DT asked for chipotle sauce on my taco and chalupa none was on it when I got home. Called up there to let them know he argued with me about it while I’m literally looking at my food. Said I could bring it up there tonight but I live 15 mins away and have a new born can’t just get right back out. Hands down WORST Taco Bell in Lubbock

Short Hispanic Lady who worked both kitchen and register that day talked to me in a very rude matter. Fun Christmas decorations don't sit well with ugly customer service.
Just bought a quesadilla and waited 20 minutes! And they didn’t even make it right. Had to sit and listen to a bunch of workers sit and gossip.

Came to pick up a doordash sat in the lobby for 30 mins. Watched and 15 orders get handed out the drive through window. And when I asked how much longer for a order that had 3 tacos the employees were very rude. So unless you have a hour to burn and like being treated rudely here's your place.

They’re constantly out of everything! The night time employees specifically are very rude and disrespectful! Every time I’ve been recently, there is a worker that looks high out of her mind that she can’t even talk! This night specifically they were out of beef, beans, cheese, and tortillas! I like the location and I like the food but the service is awful. The manager forced us to use the kiosk, didn't want to help us, and this is the thing that made me mad. An elderly couple walked in to order food, manager forced them to use the kiosk instead of helping the customers, knowing that they didn't know how to use the kiosk. The poor couple looked frustrated they just wanted to order food. For God's sake help the elderly customers.
