Here at taco casa on 82 and Milwaukee is a very clean enjoyable atmosphere and the staff are very courteous and professional I would highly recommend this establishment for your dining experience easy location and ample parking try this place and you will come back Vincent the manager is very courteous and helpful and he will make sure you are taking care of wish they had more locations in lubbock.

My 1st time here, best Tex-Mex fast food I've ever had!!! I had the Chilada & a Super Taco, that taco was enough for a meal, lots of meat, cheese & beans & the customer service was great!! If you've never eaten here, it is definitely a must eat here!!! ? ?

Used to love eating here. In fact it is still my favorite place to get tacos in town. However, after learning how they treat their employees I am disgusted. The reason they’re “always hiring” is because any time someone gets sick from eating there they terminate every employee that was working at that time. They don’t take the time to figure out what caused it or evaluating their training that clearly failed, no, they terminate them and hire new staff who will be the next victim. I can’t imagine what kind of person would find that to be the best solution. But that’s not the kind of person I want to give my business to. With that I would advise the same to anyone else.

New to this restaurant. For me I prefer Taco Villa and feel like this is a spin off from Taco Bell and I think Taco Bell may be better. Very friendly staff, clean cheerful restaurant ? could be a taste preference mine.

The drive through is more important than the customer that parks and gets out of their car to order. Three people stared at me until one finally realized that the other two were not going to make an effort to take my order.
Great service and good. But they do not have a changing table. Very inconvenient for parents.

Super clean, and if you didn't already know, they have the best fast Mexican food in Lubbock, TX! friendly service, even the bathroom was flawless and clean. Taco Casa doesn't mess around when it comes to food. They aren't cheap with the cheese, if you ask for easy on the sauce, that's exactly how you get it. I've spent a ton of money here over time, and it was worth every penny! How's that for a review, can I get a free burrito? ?? Jokes aside y'all are top notch and I would recommend for everyone.

We went to have lunch at the Taco Casa on University. We couldn’t have asked for the best service! The lady that attended to us, did an amazing job she did it with a smile. I wish I would have gotten her name. There was 21 of us. We met there from Abilene and Amarillo for my husband‘s birthday. She had no problem checking up on us to make sure that we were all OK.The food was great like always! I have stopped there a few times on my way back to Amarillo and the place is always so clean thank you so much for taking good care of your customers keep up the good work ❤️#1 fan
