It literally took 10 minutes before the manager took the order, and another 9 minutes before getting my 1 taco and 1 tostada. The order was correct and the food was good, but it shouldn’t require almost 20 minutes during the no -peak hour.

I use to love this place. But like many fast food joints. They do great in the start but slowly become shitty when the people who work there refuse to take care of how they prepare the food. Taco Caso is starting to slop their food together like Taco Bell. The other day I came and got two tacos that barely had cheese in them. I eat here at least 3 times a week and I guess that I got to start looking for a new place.

Taco Casa is my go to for tacos. However, on my most recent visit to this location the cheese to meat ratio was extremely off. It was as if I had ordered a cheese taco easy on the meat. Tighten it up Taco Casa!

Absolutely terrible Placed a pick up order sat in line for over 20 minutes and the order still wasn't ready on top of that they forgot multiple items and it was cold and soggy. We moved here from Dallas and love Taco casa but this location is terrible not the first time they jacked up the order

Drive through takes forever. I have even been the only person in line and still have to wait 10 min or more. Something is always forgotten about, so I have to ask for things multiple times. I have been sitting in the drive through for 15 min now with only 2 cars in front of me. This is ridiculous. Employees need to stop talking, put their phones downs and work.

This is one of the cleanest and most friendly restaurants in Lubbock. And too, top it off the food is great hot and out to you fast. Kudos to team that works lunch shift during the week.
