I just love ordering $20 worth of tacos and waiting in line and then at the window, for longer than normal, after my card has been run and my food is being handed to me do I hear there is absolutely no sauce. No hot sauce. At the taco place. That’s something you mention when taking the order, at the beginning. Not at the end. It’s incredibly rude to you customers. Maybe that’s why “the lady before me sped off mad”….hmm…..

Food is always amazing here however the one time I asked them to please separate the meat, cheese, beans, vegetables due to my travel time,and staff said they would, our nachos were soggy.. Won't be getting Nacho Supreme unless we dine in.

Pulled into the drive-thru and was the only car in line at 2:08pm on Thursday. It literally took 10 minutes before the manager took the order, and another 9 minutes before getting my 1 taco and 1 tostada. The order was correct and the food was good, but it shouldn’t require almost 20 minutes during the no -peak hour.
I use to love this place. But like many fast food joints. They do great in the start but slowly become shitty when the people who work there refuse to take care of how they prepare the food. Taco Caso is starting to slop their food together like Taco Bell. The other day I came and got two tacos that barely had cheese in them. I eat here at least 3 times a week and I guess that I got to start looking for a new place.

Taco Casa is my go to for tacos. However, on my most recent visit to this location the cheese to meat ratio was extremely off. It was as if I had ordered a cheese taco easy on the meat. Tighten it up Taco Casa!
