Ordered a combo burrito and a taco. Food was cold, no warmth at all, pure cold. Bedside that, the meat tasted old, like it had sat there all day. I spent $8.27 but when I looked at my receipt, I was charged a “convenience fee” of 3% on top of the $8.27. I’m assuming this is for the debit card transaction. I myself run a business, take credit and debit but don’t charge people for my bank fees. That’s the cost of doing business. I’m calling their corporate and will not return.

I had the super tostada instead of my usual go to for Mexican food, the taco, because I'm tired of not getting a nice balance of veggies, meat, and cheese. This tostada was DELICIOUS! The toppings were well stacked and the shell stayed nice and crispy for the entire meal. Highly recommend and will be back.

The food was good but I was at the window for 15 Mims. When I finally honked the horn to see what the delay was I was told well I had a big order...I only got 4 things...then the young girl at the window told me that since I was an adult I should have patience. Almost 30 mons total in line at a fast food restaurant is patience. I would have left but I had already paid...will not return

Ground beef is dry and bland. Often times the taco shell is stale or has a chemical taste to it. Veggies are fresh and it’s good value but quality is lacking.

This poor staff was worked to the point they had so many orders they had to close the lobby, and call in other people. The food and service were top notch for fast food. I absolutely love Taco Casa and this is my 2nd favorite location. My 1st is the other side of Lubbock. Their tea is always delicious. Wish they had a decaf option but still good. Food was fresh with lots of toppings. I will go back. We even got some for the cooler to bring home. Delicious the next day!

We got the super nachos and chili burger and you can tell our host Joy took great pride in her work and customer service.. she was the sweetest, definitely brightens your day and the food and customer service industry needs more Joy's. She took care of the order and lobby making sure it was clean and customers were taken care. She has the best customer service I have seen in Lubbock and I hope you continue doing a great job Joy and are blessed in abundance for all you do!

I got to try a taco authentic from Dallas, Texas and I loved it. Don’t pinion any attention to my sister. She’s always lying about saying that the service is terrible. Well actually the service there was great actually because I went to a Taco Bell on 98th and slide in the Taco Bell employee was rude. However when you go to a real taco place we don’t do that Taco Bell type stuff here. People are super friendly now you’re in charge and I make sure that you don’t screw up the order do you understand I’m going forever in the windy city to Chicago to learn about the famous gangster Al Capone don’t ever try to stuff me and Tony, Montana a Scarface your tacos are really goodVegetarian options: Taco salad plate that’s what I get at roses café

Everytime I drive through, something is left off evertime and I may go twice a week. Last time it was sourcream left off my burrito, checked and asked for it to be remade because I paid for it, the next time sour cream was left off my taco lights. It's frustrating to have to search each time and if you don't you get home and it's not how it should be.
