The combination burrito the beans were salty the meat didn’t have enough flavor we ate at the new location today for lunch and the food was not good the beans were not done right. Too much salt and not enough flavor in the meat. I know you’re supposed to weight each ingredient and follow the recipe it was like who ever made the beans and meat were in a hurry. I know they can do better

Came through the window at 1:30 pm and the lady at the window has lots of attitude and is very rude. There is no need to even have attitude in the first place If the lady doesn't like the environment or like her job I suggest her to go look for something else!

This was the first time I had ever been to Taco Villa. One cool thing I noticed was that the tortilla chips are all the heart shaped! Anyway, the menu has a ton of items that are decent priced I ordered the nachos and they were so good. My favorite part of Taco Villa is the topping bar that has pico, different salsa and jalapeños. I also ordered basic beef tacos which the kids enjoyed. Overall great fast-food joint and I will definitely come back again.

Way overpriced. They asked me if I wanted to redeem my birthday reward when they scanned my acct. I said yes, thinking wow, finally some kind of discount. Well, they couldn’t figure it out so I guess I can’t even use it. And then didn’t get a fork. If I’m paying $16 for a meal for an 8 year old, I expect you to at least make sure to get good service and have everything I need to eat. Do better taco villa. Prices are way too much for what you offer. Unfortunately for me, my daughter is always asking for taco villa. I’m going to have to be the bad guy and tell her no more!

The music is SO LOUD that we can't hear each other talk much less hear them call out our name when our order is ready. EXTREMELY rude & unprofessional customer service! Our order was COMPLETELY WRONG & COLD!!! My husband ordered 1 breakfast platter & got something completely different. It was horrible & cold. My breakfast burrito came w/1 hash brown on it when it's supposed to have 4. My burrito was also COLD!!!

Paid for extra red suace. None on any of the burritos for .59 per burrito. Also asked for salsa. Was handed hot sauce. Waited for them to come back to window for about 2 min but just disappeared.

I will absolutely take my money elsewhere! Asked for 8 salsa and was told we can only give up to 5… I’ve had this problem from several locations even offered to pay for it! Obviously the customer doesn’t matter so I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I'm super sad about my recent taco villa experiences. I've ordered a chicken salad with first NO chicken and the second time, there was maybe 1 strip of chicken. My whole order contained 8 menu items but when I asked for Pico, salsa, and fresh jalapenos, I received ONE Pico, pickled jalapenos, and hot sauce instead. I tried to call or email but couldn't get the links on the website to work. I guess I'll just stop going there. Hopefully it's localized to only this location.
