I don't know what they were doing today. Beans way too runny, burrito was hardly folded. Even toasted, they were soggy, and falling apart. Nearly physically inedible without a fork. They also forgot the cheese on both burritos. Added chicken, and jalapeños; there was one jalapeño, and one piece of chicken, on both. The rest was solid liquid beans. Think I'll just go to the one on Quaker from now on.

Jaqueline at 50: Quaker is unwelcoming rude and not at all what you want to see or be greeted by when you’re grabbing a bite to eat, if you hate your job so much get a new one.

We were missing a burrito on our order. I specifically asked for NO onions and extra onions were added on what I ordered. The young man fixing our food had long, curly hair and I don’t know how he could see what he was doing. This location has not been the same since Cody, the manager, has relocated to south Slide location!!

The manager here is prejudice and very rude. No customer service experience at all. When I came in to complain about my drive thru Tyler the manager looked at me as if I was nobody. He doesn’t even have the drive to be a manager. First and last time coming here

Sat in the drive thru at the order window for 20 minutes, what’s the point in fast food if they can’t even take an order with a line rapped around the building and one person waiting to get their food at the window
