I ordered a number 4 combo which was a bean chalupa and bean burrito and ordered an extra Guadalajara. When I got to the window, it was 11.68, but when I checked my bag, it showed only the Guadalajara and a burrito.I questioned the cashier and I heard someone in the background say the order was all there. Well, it wasn't. Upon getting home, I received a combo burrito and Guadalajara but no bean chalupa. I don't like meat burritos. I have always had problems with getting the correct order but felt I needed to give them another try since it is so close to my house, but after tonight, no. No receipt was given. I will go to the one on Indiana.

Whenever we travel to North Texas or the panhandle, I try to stop at Taco Villa for a little nostalgia and a taste of home. Heather, the manager at Taco Villa #20 (1911 50th Street Lubbock) made this an extra memorable trip for us. The location was clean, fresh, and well-run. The people operating the counter and kitchen were cheerful and eager to help. When Heather learned we were from out of town and looking for a memento to bring back to some friends back home, she went out of her way to hook us up with some Taco Villa merch. Such a great experience. Thank you.

Will not eat from here again. Portions are way too small for the amount we pay. Food is just thrown in your bag and you're lucky if it's still together when you pull it out. All the workers were just standing around doing nothing when I arrived, and their lack of integrity is just beyond belief. Good luck....

Usually fast and accurate food. The older morning lady is usually pretty rude. U can tell she thinks she can treat ppl like crap because nobody will do nothing about it. She won’t keep getting away with it too much longer. That I can promise ! Most of the time the food is hot, accurate and good :). When there is a problem, usually they fix it. Managers need to make sure NOBODY is on the cell phones texting at all! Attitude and faces need to be better. If they don’t want to b nice then they need not to work at Taco Villa. On 7/20th or 21st, the very nice lady at the window named Audrey I believe was the best! They all need to learn from her. She was the most professional, she suggested sale of the new nachos and had everything correct. Very nice and it seems like she cares about her job and customers! Give her a raise! She’s awesome! I will be returning especially because of her!
Parking: The parking is great You will not have parking issues here! Kids, families and busses can always find parking here.

We love their Extreme nachos. Their portion sizes have gotten a lot smaller. Don't waste your money on the keto bowl. No clue why it cost more than the nachos with less ingredients. Could've at least covered the bottom of the little bowl with lettuce. Brought it home and had to add to it. Won't go back for a while.

Beans are water not beans and I guess they only make burritos that you have to use a fork and a manger with a black shirt is doing this and could care less about quality cheese is non existent and at lunch they aren't even that busy sad when taco bell can make a better bean burrito
