Usually the staff there is friendly and attentive. This visit, the manager taking my order wouldn't even look me in the eye. Seems no positive energy coming from the counter. Food what was expected.

When we walked in at 7:30ish tonight to order togo everyone looked very unfriendly, no smiles or welcome more like they were annoyed that we were there. Wesley took our order and was okay, but this girl standing next to him yelled, 'Damnit!' very loudly at us as we were ordering and walked away, I believe her name is Allie. I think it was very unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately, I think she is management, as she is wearing a black shirt, unlike the rest of the staff.

Food was very bland; taco salad shell was old; quesadilla was burnt, food was ice cold! Also asked for NO olives and NO guacamole, received with a ton of olives and guacamole smeared on the top! 1st time eating at any Taco Villa and I won’t be recommending!!!

I don't understand how it is so hard to get a 2 meal order correctly especially when you say the specifics twice. It's sad that now I can't eat my food because of their mistake. It's rare to see a fast food restaurant that gets orders rights anymore. I've completely given up smh.
