Food was fine, nothing to write home about. The service was what ruined this experience. Tammy is a terrible employee. Her customer service was awful. She was yelling at customers including us. We will not be returning and I would advise anyone against it.

We don’t have these in the D/FW area, and it makes me sad. ? But since I have family in Lubbock, I’m fortunate to get here a couple times a year. We never miss an opportunity to eat at TV as many times as we can during our visit. This visit to us to the store at Quaker & the Loop. We hit it just on our way out of town. It was early so they weren’t busy at all. The same atmosphere, friendly & helpful staff, plus the great food was waiting for us as usual!!

Will not utilize this location ever again. Went on Saturday around 2:00. They were not busy, and maximum of maybe 10 customers including us in the restaurant. The family before us got their food hardly before sitting down. We ordered 3 burritos and 1 taco. Some people came in after us, one of them ordered a chicken fajita taco salad, chips and queso. Somehow she and one other got their food before we did!more than 20 minutes for 3 flipping burritos and a single taco is ridiculous when the people who ordered AFTER us got theirs first. At that point, we had to grab our food to go because we needed to leave. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid this location if you want your food before you’re ancient.

Not bad for fast food!!! My go to is the beef taco salad and I always load it up with tons of goodies from their fresh salsa bar. Jalapeno's, cilantro, pico, salsa, lime.. so yummy!!! Very filling in a good way!!! My kiddos also love their kids meals and playing in their play place. It's a healthier stop that the whole family can agree on.

We often go to this location but it's always a hit or a miss. Sometimes we get good filled burritos and tacos then sometimes it's a smear of beans or half full of meat. Sometimes the sauces are perfect and sometimes they are super salty, that goes for the queso as well.

Got the chicken cheesy bowl around 10:15pm and it was good but only had 3 pieces of chicken in the entire bowl. I know it's a specific size scoop to use but this wasn't it.
Don't recall the customer service being bad or good so I have 4 stars for a mid-not-so-memorable interaction. The environment was clean and the food was exactly what I wanted and the way I wanted it.
