This is the closest one to my house and we choose to go across town anytime we want to eat at Taco Villa. They are ALWAYS rude and we never get the correct order. We might get half our food or someone else's food all together. We chose to give them a chance again tonight and they rushed us to give them our order, made us wait for over 10 minutes for not a lot of food, and when we were missing 2 items and went inside to get them, they already knew they had messed up and had it waitimg for us. But did not even bother to apologize. This is hands down the worst Taco Villa in town all around!

We have been Taco Villa fans for years. So this review is hard to post. Over the past couple months we have received the wrong orders, missing items, & just bad food. Today we went for breakfast. My husband got a biscuit & gravy. The gravy was a shiny tan color with some sausage bits spooned on top. It was not even hot. I had my favorite "a bacon egg & cheese breakfast soft taco with red sauce". The taco had very little filling & no red sauce (I had to really look for it). When I asked for the red sauce they had no clue what i was asking for & tried to give me hot sauce from the side bar. My soft taco was hard & had been grilled. This was not my Taco Villa. I am so disappointed. We will not go back to the Quaker Avenue location in Lubbock, Texas again. We live in Post, TX, so returning orders from drive-thru wasn't possible on some of orders. Hope better luck at another location. ?

I love this place, the food is delicious. The food taste like Del Taco, especially the nachos. The restaurant is clean and well maintained. Great service, food was out in no time. I would definitely come here again, I recommend if you are wanting good Mexican food.

So they want to delete the review calling them out on their racism from Jason vela and the fact they didn't do anything about that or the homophobic comments made by their employees I dealt with working for this company at their taco villas and Chinese kitchen. Let's not forget the raw chicken they were trying to serve their customers and fired the person trying to get it fixed so they don't get sick. This company doesn't care about its employees
Had to drive and park in the very small parking lot. When they finally brought food no HOT sauce I ordered one burrito missing and no appl empanadas I order had to leave to get back to office did not notice. 2 Ms time I have had

Place very clean. Smiling staff. Food was served quickly and hot. It was slso well done. Had a station were you can select chile type. High chairs were there. Atmosphere was calm. Parking area was very clean. This is a wonderful place for quality graded food. Great place for quick stop.
