Ordered a door dash from here, you can only make one specification to bean and cheese burritos so instead of opting for extra cheese I HAD to select no onions to enjoy my meal. Tell me how when it arrives not only is it COVERED in onions, so much so it’s spilling out. Also, made me select red or green sauce why does it matter to select green when y’all will just smother everything in red sauce and onions despite me making the selection of Green sauce, no onions. What are people with a food allergy supposed to do when we select all the proper substitutes? I suppose I just won’t order anything at all at risk of allergies and no cares given by those prepping the orders.
Dietary restrictions: Don’t bother they don’t care even if you clearly mark restrictions.

Grilled steak salad, had to go up and get olives that were not on my salad, did not want to go back up to get avocado, barely had any avocado cream on it. Guadalajara was Great!

Went to this store after multiple failed attempts to get what I ordered from the 50th location. The lady who took our order was very sweet and made sure the order was taken right the first time. The kitchen staff took great care as well to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, they work great together! This is the only Taco Villa I will be eating at from now on. Fresh food and great service.

One of my favorite places to take my kids. Staff is always friendly and always clean the high chairs for my kids. Manager has even come to check on how we were doing and make sure everything was good to eat
All I got to say is Katie my hat's off to you. I called up there Katie answered with a pep in her step. It was 30 minutes before closing time and I told Katie about my situation and she said come on down we're going to feed you. Katie was kind enough to store my tacos so they don't get soggy after surgery. It don't cost nothing to be nice and miss Katie went out of her way just to be kind. Thank you Miss Katie, God bless you

This one swanky Taco Villa Cantina. I'd previously never been to one. The atmosphere is very nice for a fast food restaurant. The food was as to be expected from Taco Villa and was quickly brought to our table. The restaurant was also VERY clean!
I took my 4 kids there and they are very nice people there I recommend there to eat

I wanted to speak to a manager and she was very rude her name tag was Judy idk if I should go to corporate about this but my order was completely wrong and while I was there I could see her through the window eating food and not wearing her gloves can this be resolved

First I sat there for 8 minutes waiting to place an order. Had to CALL the store to get them to take note of me & the 2 cars behind me Then they didn't ring up my whole order so I had to cash out twice Then they forgot my drink Then I get home, my steak burrito with no veg add rice is ice cold, has veg, & (I counted) 6 pieces of meat, drowned in red sauce... Steak burritos don't even COME with red sauce??
I paid $9 for a basically inedible steak burrito
