Only complaint is that it was a little warm inside.Parking: No handicap parking spaces that we could find.Wheelchair accessibility: Was easy to get in and out of restaurant with plenty of space to move around inside, but like I said couldn't locate handicap parking spaces.

Ok I love Mexican food I’m Mexican I should but nope I didn’t like the food I had a Buche Torta? No didn’t like it it was slimy it didn’t taste right and tortas should not have beans to me my personal opinion I prefer no beans I have tasted amazing tortas and they didn’t have beans plus the beans were like an orange color sorta tasted like chorizo beans … My husband got the birria tacos and the meat wasn’t even shredded it was literally a chunk of meat put in the tacos … But I do give it to them the meat was tender …. I think the atmosphere was really good. The service was really good. They had a mariachi band and it was amazing. They played so good. It was also Friday, so there was a lot of people I think it’s overrated because it’s not that great. I’ve tasted a whole lot better. Maybe next time I can try it when it’s not so busy maybe plus my tab was $169.00 just for 5 of us felt like I was at a fancy restaurant lol o well I understand that the prices I guess. I guess they aren’t kid friendly either because I have 3 grandkids and 2 of them needed booster chairs and they weren’t even offered…

Bartender by the name of Trey I believe was amazing. Always asking me about my needs and being super sharp about my orders. Overall an amazing experience and amazing bartender.

Autlan was really good about a year ago but the last two times that I’ve ordered from here they’ve messed up twice on my order. The first time, they had shorted me on my Birria tacos and I talked to the manager and got it squared away with not issues or refunds needed at all because it was no biggie! Now the second time I came back is different. It’s 2:30pm on a Thursday afternoon and I had called in 7 Birria tacos and two drinks for my mom, brother, and I. On top of the women on the other end of the phone laughing, the food was about $32 and I still decided to leave a $10 tip. My tacos had thick, course, black hair in the meat and cheese. I called and asked to speak to a manager and the same girl who took my order spoke to me and had apologized and said they can remake the food or refund me, and I explained that I just wanted the refund. She then apologized and said that I ONLY needed to bring the receipt. When I got there and man had helped me and then said that his manager said that they needed the plate as well. Never did the manger come and speak to me and on top of this I never leave reviews but it’s frustrating, very unprofessional, annoying, and rude that I had to drive across town, they tell me one thing, and then when I get there tell me another thing. This restaurant can’t seem to get their orders and or customer service correct anymore. Just want to talk to the man who helped and was respectful to us the first time??♀️??

I rarely give a five-star, Every Restaurant has room for improvement, and every restaurant has a slow or bad day. Today, February 2nd, my experience was one of the most attentive ones I've had. The food, along with the service and cleanliness of the restaurant, was top-notch. Mariachi Night was absolutely amazing. Reading through some of the negative comments made me realize that some of the people doing reviews on here are only here for simply posting bad reviews. Every restaurant prepares food differently, different plates spices flavors, and of course food preparation. Looking at some of the pictures that are posted with the negative comments, I understand what they ordered they received. It is not that it was not prepared right, It was prepared for the customers' liking and then generated into a bad review. Come try Taqueria Autlan for yourself, and you will understand it has some of the best authentic Mexican Food North of the Border. If you're bored at home and do not want to cook. Come to Taqueria Autlan on Thursday night, and let them do the cooking for you. While you're out and enjoying your dinner, step up onto the stage for some fun with your favorite karaoke songs.
