I have been a loyal customer of this location since I’ve moved back to Lubbock, and unfortunately I will not be going back. I order a specialty tea every time I go, therefore, I call ahead to ensure the appropriate time it takes to prepare has passed before I arrive. However, every time I call this location, the service and just flat out kindness, has severely lacked in comparison to the 82nd location. The person who takes my order, and it is usually the same person, answers the call with a negative attitude and acts as if I am inconveniencing her by placing a simple pickup order. She also answers any questions I may have in a way that implies I am stupid for asking them. The tone comes off as if I’m an inconvenience to her, when it’s her job to do so… I greatly enjoy the product, and will continue to be a loyal customer to Tea2Go, just not this location. I hope this location can work on improving customer service, because the way the employees act isn’t reflecting well on the brand.

I usually love tea2go but this one had nasty tasting water and also the drink come to find out was the same so they're not changing their RO filters or whatever you're supposed to do. Every other one has been great for me besides this one on Milwaukee Ave in Lubbock

the young woman that works at the location closest to wolfforth, I haven't caught her name , but i see her most mornings including today.
she is literally the sweetest! super personable, and just overall great! she definitely deserves to be appreciated!!

I love tease to go, but this location always has me in a bittersweet mood. For months, I drink the blue crush soda and asked every single time if it was sugar-free and they told me yes until I found out that it is not sugar-free!2nd they never answer the phones and the customer service could be a tiny bit better. The other locations are super nice and bubbly, and I feel like happy to spend six dollars on a drink? So I totally recommend to go, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this location

I absolutely love the Tea2Go brand but this location is lacking. Most times the service is friendly. A few times in between employees don’t listen when I request light ice and fill the cup to the top with ice. I’m not paying $6 for a large cup of ice. I don’t have this problem at every location, but almost every time at this one. Otherwise drinks are delicious and the energy drinks give me energy like advertised.
